Since her release, she has been the most prominent of her three sisters in the arena. With a strong ability to tank and the power to heal her allies, Green Tea Mousse Cookie is a great epic cookie to invest in and has even been able to compete with some ancient and legendary cookies.

Despite her name, Green Tea Mousse Cookie is incredibly tough and hard to get past – she is a defense cookie who defaults to the frontline. She uses her two shields to protect her allies whilst buffing them at the same time. When built correctly, she is one of the best tank choices in the game.

As a defense cookie, she is most effective when she can absorb as much damage as possible instead of dealing it herself. She can use Iris gem toppings like the other cookies released during the Grand Cookie games. So, if you have any leftovers or can acquire them from other events, the almond variant of these toppings will usually be the best choice for her.

When she performs her ability, she pushes enemies back, then buffs and heals her allies in proportion to her defense. This is another reason to try and make her defense stat as high as possible using almond toppings. You may also want to look for toppings with a cooldown or amplify buff substat to allow her to support the team as much as possible.

Green Tea Mousse Cookie has surprisingly kept up with the meta of Cookie Run: Kingdom. Though rarer front-line characters such as Dark Cacao or Burning Spice cookie often perform better, Green Tea Mousse is still a very effective tank and can serve as a great substitute for either of the two, and she is often my go-to when frontline cookies of higher rarities aren’t available.
