BNBUSD

The price of Binance Coin (BNB) is unchanged since yesterday.TradingView”>

Crude Oil Price Forecast: Struggles Near Lows, Bearish Momentum Persists

By |2025-03-12T03:02:06+02:00March 12, 2025|Forex News, News|0 Comments

Lowest Price Since May 2023

Last week’s low was the lowest traded price for crude oil since a spike in volatility was seen during the first week in May 2023. It indicated the potential for a continuation of the downtrend that began from the September 2023 highs. Also, it marks a potentially significant support zone, particularly since crude has already fallen significantly in the current bearish correction.

What is the chance that new lows will see enough selling pressure to keep the price of crude falling? Certainly, it is less than it might be if crude was falling through long-term support from a closer beginning point, such as a bearish continuation pattern for example. Nonetheless, a decisive decline below $65.40 could see a drop to test support around the May 2023 lows.

Strength Indicated Above $67.27

On the upside, there are no signs of a potential bullish reversal until Tuesday’s high of $67.27 is exceeded. If that price level triggers, crude could test an interim swing high of $68.38. That swing high is part of the downtrend price structure. If it is reclaimed, then crude will show signs of improving demand and it will trigger a bullish reversal as a prior swing low will have been exceeded.

Depending on when it happens, a double bottom breakout may also trigger. The convergence of several lines around $70.23 will then define the next higher potential resistance zone. That zone includes a downtrend line, a rising trendline across support starting from September of last year, and a horizontal level from an interim swing low from late-December.

Key Resistance at 20-Day MA

However, the 20-Day MA, at $69.80 currently, defines the more significant potential resistance area. Keep in mind that since the 20-Day line is falling. Therefore, it may reach the price zone mentioned above prior to or when natural gas reaches the zone.

Rebounds from YTD lows, bulls target 148.00

By |2025-03-12T02:51:17+02:00March 12, 2025|Forex News, News|0 Comments

  • Tweezers bottom’ pattern formed at 146.54 signals potential short-term trend reversal.
  • RSI flattens, suggesting bearish momentum is losing steam.
  • Key upside resistance seen at 148.00; clearance opens the door toward Senkou Span A at 149.79.

The USD/JPY rises as trade tensions loom due to back-and-forth tariff rhetoric between Canada and the United States (US), which initially weighed on the US Dollar. Nevertheless, as both countries agreed to lift tariffs, the pair advanced and traded at 147.77, up 0.34%.

USD/JPY Price Forecast: Technical outlook

USD/JPY formed a ‘tweezers bottom’ two candle chart pattern near the year-to-date (YTD) low of 146.54, hinting that the downtrend seems overextended after dropping from around 158.00 toward the current exchange rates. Despite being bearish, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is flat, indicating that selling pressure is fading.

For a bearish continuation, USD/JPY needs to clear the YTD low of 146.54. If surpassed the next stop would be the September 30 swing low of 141.64, followed by the September 16 low of 139.58.

Conversely, if USD/JPY climbs above 148.00 a rally towards testing the Senkou Span A at 149.79 is on the cards.

Supplements and mental health benefits

By |2025-03-12T02:48:27+02:00March 12, 2025|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Have you taken your vitamins today?

If not, you could be missing out on not only the physical benefits but also the mental ones.

In this week’s Mental Health Minute, we discuss the link between vitamins and supplements and our mental wellness with an expert.

A Council for Responsible Nutrition study in 2023 found that 74% of Americans take dietary supplements, which include multivitamins. But did you know that taking these can also help boost your mental health as well?

“Every single one of the B vitamins from B1 to B12, they all play a role somewhere along the line in neurotransmitters, mental health or neurological association,” said Dr. Oscar Coetzee, a clinical nutritionist with over 25 years of experience.

Dr. Coetzee said that while B vitamins are the most common connection between vitamins and mental health, a few others play a key role as well.

“Vitamin C plays a really big role in that conversion that we just spoke about, also with dopamine to things called catecholamines or norepinephrine and epinephrine,” Dr. Coetzee said. “A deficiency in magnesium would be very, very relevant. Magnesium has 300 functions in the body and a lot of them have to do with mental health.”

The National Library of Medicine found that magnesium supplements improved mood, anxiety, and quality of life in stressed but otherwise healthy adults.

While taking vitamins and supplements is beneficial to both mental and physical health, finding the right one can be a little chaotic due to the nature of its marketing.

“The nutraceutical industry, unfortunately, is not regulated the way the pharmaceutical industry is. Both of us can make the claims. We can both say vitamin C is good for the immune system, but nobody knows that you only have 20 milligrams, and I have 500 milligrams.”

While this may be alarming to some, Dr. Coetzee said there is a way to avoid the Wild-West-like world of supplements.

“Work with a practitioner. So, the practitioners that prescribe these vitamins and minerals, and that’s the right word to use, we prescribe certified third-party tested quality control nutraceuticals that are only provided to clinicians and practitioners because of the doses being higher.”

If you think you may need a higher dose of vitamin or supplement or are curious about your current levels, contact your health care provider.

XAU/USD advances beyond $2,900, bulls gearing up

By |2025-03-12T01:00:57+02:00March 12, 2025|Forex News, News|0 Comments

XAU/USD Current price: $2916.67

  • US President Donald Trump lifts tariffs on Canadian steel and platinum.
  • The United States will release fresh Consumer Price Index figures on Wednesday.
  • XAU/USD pressures the upper end of its range, aims to regain its bullish pose.

Gold trades with a positive tone on Tuesday, pressuring the upper end of its recent range, as the US Dollar (USD) remains vulnerable due to United States (US) President Donald Trump’s tariffs. Trump embarked on a trade war in the first days of his mandate, spurring concerns about a potential US economic slowdown. Since then, Trump kept escalating tensions, announcing that he instructed Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick to add an additional 25% tariff on all steel and aluminium coming from Canada, pushing the total levy to 50%. He added such tariffs will go into effect on Wednesday.

The decision came after Canada imposed a 25% tax on electricity exported to the US. In response, Ontario Premier Doug Ford said if there is a recession, “there’s one person to be blamed,” adding he will not hesitate to shut off electricity exports to the US if the trade war continues.

Other than that, the US published the Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS), which showed that job openings totalled 7.74 million at the end of January. The reading was above expectations of 7.63 million but below the 7.508 million posted in December.

The focus will remain on the US, as the country will release the February Consumer Price Index (PCI) on Wednesday. Market participants anticipate a 0.3% monthly increase, below the 0.5% posted in January. Annual inflation is expected at 2.9%, while the core annual reading is foreseen at 3.2%, down from the previous 3.3%.

XAU/USD short-term technical outlook

Technically, the daily chart for the XAU/USD pair suggests buyers are regaining confidence, although additional advances are not yet confirmed. Technical indicators turned marginally higher, but lack strength, while the Momentum indicator remains below its 100 level. At the same time, the pair is battling a flat 20 Simple Moving Average (SMA) while the 100 and 200 SMAs maintain their upward slopes far below the current level. The overall picture favors another leg higher, although additional technical confirmation is still needed.

In the near term, and according to the 4-hour chart, XAU/USD is pretty much neutral. The pair is pivoting above, converging and directionless 20 and 100 SMAs, while the 200 SMA advances below the shorter ones. At the same time, technical indicators have lost their directional strength and turned marginally lower within neutral levels, not enough to anticipate an upcoming slide.

10 Omega-3-Rich Foods With Longevity Benefits

By |2025-03-12T00:46:56+02:00March 12, 2025|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

When I interview health and nutrition specialists, I like to ask what supplements they take regularly. The answer they give me every time? An Omega-3 supplement.

Known as the “good” polyunsaturated fats, Omega-3 fatty acids are derived from alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and possess important antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties; they are beneficial for heart, brain, joint, and eye health, as well as for beautiful skin; they support the immune system; they relieve anxiety and depression; they help you sleep better; and they can help prevent from heart attack to arthritis. In short, they are vital molecules for our entire body’s well-being.

It should be noted, however, that our body doesn’t naturally make omega-3 fatty acids on its own. Instead, you’ve got to focus on your diet or supplements to get the daily amount recommended by specialists (at least 250 milligrams a day).

If you want to introduce more omega-3-rich foods into your diet, aim to get at least two servings of fatty fish a week. Omega-3s are also found in foods from the plant world, such as certain types of nuts, oils, and vegetables, but these tend to contain mostly alpha-linoleic acid (ALA), which the body can transform into EPA and DHA, but only at 15%.

Below are 10 foods rich in EPA, DHA, and ALA for you to include in your dietary regimen on a rotating basis. To ensure that these essential good fats for optimal health are never missing from your table.

Mackerel

This protein-dense oily fish is ubiquitous in the Mediterranean and parts of the Atlantic and has a rich flavor, a buttery texture, and is quick to cook on the grill, in the oven, or in a pan. The mackerel is packed with nutrients: 100 grams contains about 500% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin B12 and 130% of that of selenium. In addition, it provides as much as 4580 milligrams of omega-3 in the form of EPA and DHA per 100 grams of fish.

Salmon

Salmon is the ultimate anti-aging beauty food and a favorite of Victoria Beckham. It contains vitamin D, vitamin A, vitamin B12, minerals such as potassium phosphorus, and magnesium, and 2150 milligrams of EPA and DHA per 100 grams. If available, prefer it fresh and cook it lightly steamed, as omega-3s are sensitive to heat. If you love raw fish enjoy it as sushi or sashimi, and if you prefer it smoked, choose it wild and of good quality.

Herring

Abundant in the North Atlantic and North Seas of Europe (and especially Norway), this bright blue fish is nutritionally rich and a fantastic source of omega-3: 100 grams contain as much as 2150 milligrams of EPA and DHA. They are also rich in selenium and vitamin B12.

Chia seeds

These little seeds star in breakfast and pudding and dessert recipes loved by celebrities like Meghan Markle are true superfoods: they are rich in protein and essential amino acids, and minerals like selenium, manganese, and magnesium. And they contain 5050 milligrams of omega-3 per 28 grams, in the form of ALA (alpha linoleic acid). The easiest way to make sure you regularly enjoy the benefits of chia seeds? Add a teaspoon to your morning protein shake or try chia seed water.

Flaxseed oil

Flaxseed oil is among the best dietary sources of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA): one tablespoon of flaxseed oil contains 2350 milligrams of anti-inflammatory ALA. Oil is the best way to consume the seed because it’s the most bioavailable version, so you can absorb the protein, minerals, and lignans, phytochemical complexes with antioxidant properties. Consume it raw on salads and soups.

Sardines

These small fish, especially when eaten whole, are a powerhouse of nutrients: Sardines contain vitamin D, selenium, and vitamin B12. In addition, 150 grams of canned sardines provide 1463 milligrams of EPA and DHA. Eat them barbecued, as is done almost everywhere in the Mediterranean, or buy them canned and add them to salads instead of tuna, for example.

Walnuts

What aren’t walnuts good for? Rich in vitamin E and minerals such as copper, manganese, potassium, iron, and phosphorus, they also contain 2570 milligrams of ALA per 28 grams. Crunch them between meals, chop them up in salads, and use them to make an unusual pesto; you’ll get brighter skin, more peaceful sleep, and even a sharper memory.

Oysters

If you get the chance, enjoy a few oysters now and then. These nutrient-packed seafoods contain ALA as well as EPA and DHA: 6 oysters provide 329 milligrams of them. In addition, they are an excellent source of zinc, essential in winter to boost the immune system, copper, selenium, and vitamin B12 essential for the nervous system.

Hemp seeds

Adopted by vegetarians and vegans as a source of complete protein (they contain all the essential amino acids) hemp seeds are a bombshell of nutrients such as vitamin E, and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, and zinc; and they really are a superfood, also beneficial for skin disorders such as eczema. Also notable is its omega-3 content: 6 tablespoons contain 6703 mg of ALA.

Seaweed

Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and anti-cancer, seaweeds, as the Japanese teach us, are a superfood we should eat regularly. They are also a rare plant food that contains both EPA and DHA, in amounts that vary from one type of algae to another. Include them in soups, crumble them on salads and rice, wrap them to create homemade sushi, and, in the absence of anything else, take them in spirulina or chlorella tablets or powder to add to your morning smoothie.

Fish Oil

Yes, it’s more of a supplement than a food, but fish oil is that girl when it comes to omega-3s. Made from the tissue of oily fish (like the ones above), fish oil is just a straight, potent stuff filled with a mix of fatty acids, including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Fish oil supplements get a bad rap because sometimes they can leave a fishy aftertaste, but our editor has been taking this brand for years and swears there’s absolutely no flavor at all.

Caviar

Fancy—and functional. While caviar (aka fish eggs) may not seem like it’d be healthy, it actually has both essential vitamins and minerals like omega-3 fatty acids, as well as vitamin B12, selenium, and iron. This dish, as like others, is all about moderation, especially because of the way you consume it—on a potato chip or belinni—so 1 to 2 tablespoons is all you need.

Soybeans

An endlessly versatile food, soybeans are delicious as edamame and protein-rich tofu. Soybeans contain alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a type of omega-3 oil. Adding them into every meal—or even preparing your food in soybean oil—adds the nutrient to dishes.

Dogecoin, Bitcoin & Trump – American Wrap 11 March

By |2025-03-12T00:43:56+02:00March 12, 2025|Crypto News, News|0 Comments

Dogecoin price reached $0.14 on Tuesday, posting 46% losses in the last 10 days. Market reports suggest that fresh developments surrounding United States (US) President Donald Trump and Elon Musk could see DOGE prices stabilize in the days ahead.

Bitcoin extended its decline to a fresh four-month low of 77K in early trade on Tuesday before dip buyers aided a recovery back above 80K. However, the mood remains fragile amid growing concerns of a US recession and as defunct crypto exchange Mt Gox moved 11,833 BTC.

Donald Trump is preparing to sign an executive order aimed at reversing policies that have restricted banking access for cryptocurrency businesses. This move is expected to overturn what industry leaders have called Operation Choke Point 2.0, a set of restrictions that have made it difficult for crypto banks to operate within the traditional financial system. By lifting these barriers, Trump’s order could reshape the digital asset landscape in the United States, providing new opportunities for crypto-friendly financial institutions.

Natural Gas Price Forecast: Faces Bearish Pullback After False Breakout

By |2025-03-11T22:58:54+02:00March 11, 2025|Forex News, News|0 Comments

Signs of Bearish Continuation

Tuesday’s price action established a lower daily high and lower daily low. It is important to notice the day’s high as it shows a successful test of resistance at the nearby trend line. In other words, natural gas found resistance at the trendline, which was support during Monday’s sharp rally above the line. This can more easily be seen in an intraday chart (not shown).

It indicates that the market has recognized the price area around the line as it has done more than a few times since late December. This is short-term bearish behavior that points to a likely deeper decline. The trendline is the top parallel trend channel line for a large channel where the bottom trendline connects to an August 2024 swing low.

Potential for a Test of Trend Support at $4.08

A drop below today’s low of $4.38 will signal a continuation of the bearish pullback. The current advance, beginning from the $2.99 swing low from January 31, shows potential trend support around the 20-Day MA at $4.08 and an internal uptrend line. More significant potential support is around the 50-Day MA, now at $3.81. Moreover, the recent interim swing low at $3.74 is significant in that it partly defines the price structure of the uptrend.

Short-term Bullish Above $4.59

Nonetheless, natural gas remains in a developing uptrend formation in the near term and should recover once it has completed a deeper pullback, if that is what is to come. If the price exceeds Tuesday’s high of $4.59, it is advisable to consider the upper trendline as a resistance level. Otherwise, a daily close above the line could lead to prices rising instead of a pullback.
