Here’s Why, XRP Shows Surprising Results, Dogecoin (DOGE) Between Two Flames

Because of the lack of movement in Bitcoin over the last few days, traders who are bullish or bearish have little to work with. The price of the cryptocurrency has mostly stayed unchanged, suggesting that there isn’t much trading volume or market conviction. Given the muted activity, it appears that neither side of the market has enough vigor to move the price significantly, leaving Bitcoin in a state of uncertainty.

It is evident from an analysis of Bitcoin’s recent price movement that the cryptocurrency is having difficulty gaining traction. The lack of a significant breakout or retrace highlights the lack of interest from traders who might be reluctant to commit before the year ends. In the past, there has typically been less trading activity in all financial markets, including cryptocurrencies, in the last few days of December and the first few days of January.

Article image
BTC/USDT Chart by TradingView

This translates to fewer price fluctuations for Bitcoin and a holding pattern for traders. This stagnation is further compounded by the absence of volume, which is a key driver of price action. The likelihood of Bitcoin breaking important resistance levels or testing new support zones is low in the absence of substantial trading volume. This quiet period might last until outside forces possibly connected to changes in market sentiment or macroeconomic events in the coming year appear.

As the market transitions out of the holiday season, traders should anticipate heightened activity. The present lack of volatility is unlikely to continue, but it is still unclear whether Bitcoin will move higher or lower in the future. Until then, the movements of Bitcoin will mostly be meaningless; significant price changes are only anticipated following a rebound in market activity.

XRP stays put

With XRP continuing to hold above the crucial 26 EMA support level, the market is showing unexpected resilience. This level, which serves as a buffer against possible downside pressure, is crucial for the price performance of XRP. Although the asset’s recent movements indicate stability, it is about to enter a critical phase that needs careful monitoring. Right now, the 26 EMA support is crucial in keeping XRP from entering a bearish trend.

Notwithstanding the general unpredictability in the cryptocurrency market, this stability shows that market players still find value in the asset. The lack of strong bullish momentum, however, raises concerns because it shows that investors are hesitant to raise the price. The 50 EMA is the next significant turning point for XRP.

A strong basis for a possible reversal may be provided if the 50 EMA catches up to the current price level in the upcoming weeks. This convergence would improve XRP‘s standing by providing the technical backing required for a longer-term upward trend. XRP is still vulnerable though as any strong selling pressure could push the price lower until this alignment takes place.

During this time, traders and investors should exercise caution. Although it is encouraging that XRP has managed to stay above the 26 EMA, the asset remains vulnerable due to the absence of a larger market push or substantial volume. If the 26 EMA is broken, there may be more declines and a possible return to lower support levels.

As of right now, XRP is still consolidating, displaying strength but also leaving room for uncertainty. Whether the asset can establish a strong foundation for recovery or if it runs the risk of losing its current momentum will be decided in the upcoming weeks. Watch the 26 EMA and the impending 50 EMA as important predictors of XRP’s next movement.

Dogecoin gets pressured

Dogecoin‘s position between two crucial price points illustrates the continuous ambiguity in its market trajectory. A bearish crossing of the 50 EMA and 26 EMA, a significant technical event that frequently indicates an aggravation of the downtrend, is seen in recent chart patterns. Concerns have been raised about DOGE’s capacity to maintain its current price range in light of this development.

The market momentum is in favor of sellers as indicated by the bearish EMA crossover. If buyers don’t act quickly, this signal indicates that DOGE may experience more selling pressure in the near future. The asset still has a chance to recover though if the market sentiment changes in a positive way, so there is still some hope. DOGE needs buying support to come back into the market in order to get out of its precarious situation.

Related

Dogecoin (DOGE) Jumps 12%, Data Shows More Rally Ahead

The bearish signal could be disproved and a more positive trend could be established if a rebound in demand drives the price above the crossed EMAs. Whether DOGE can stabilize and start to buck the current trend will depend on the immediate support level at $0.28, which is the 50 EMA.

The $0.35 level is a challenge for DOGE on the resistance side. A break through this barrier would suggest a substantial change in the mood of the market, which might lead to a resurgence of interest and an increase in price. Until this occurs, DOGE is in a precarious position and could experience more declines if the market does not experience more buying pressure.

XAU/USD edges higher above $2,600 amid light trading

By |2024-12-30T05:25:22+02:00December 30, 2024|Forex News, News|0 Comments

  • Gold price gains traction to near $2,625 in Monday’s early Asian session.
  • Trump’s administration could boost Gold price amid uncertainty.
  • The hawkish stance of the US Fed might cap the upside for the precious metal.

Gold price (XAU/USD) attracts some buyers to around $2,625 during the early Asian session on Monday. Donald Trump’s tariffs and trade policies could trigger trade conflicts, supporting the yellow metal. However, the outlook for fewer Federal Reserve (Fed) rate cuts in 2025 might cap the upside for Gold price. Trading volume is lighter than usual ahead of the New Year holiday.

Donald Trump’s potential return to the White House might intensify global trade tensions, fueling geopolitical crises and likely lifting the Gold price. “Trade tensions, potential conflicts, and unpredictable policies under his leadership might drive investors toward gold as a safe-haven asset,” said the managing director of RiddiSiddhi Bullions Limited.

Additionally, the escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war could boost the Gold price, a traditional safe-haven asset. On Sunday, Israeli forces carried out attacks on two hospitals in northern Gaza, including a strike on the upper floor of al-Wafaa Hospital in Gaza City, which killed at least seven people and critically wounded others.

On the other hand, the rising expectations for fewer Fed rate cuts could underpin the Greenback and exert some selling pressure on the USD-denominated commodity price. A strengthening USD generally weighs on bullion, reducing its appeal to investors seeking non-yielding assets.

Gold FAQs

Gold has played a key role in human’s history as it has been widely used as a store of value and medium of exchange. Currently, apart from its shine and usage for jewelry, the precious metal is widely seen as a safe-haven asset, meaning that it is considered a good investment during turbulent times. Gold is also widely seen as a hedge against inflation and against depreciating currencies as it doesn’t rely on any specific issuer or government.

Central banks are the biggest Gold holders. In their aim to support their currencies in turbulent times, central banks tend to diversify their reserves and buy Gold to improve the perceived strength of the economy and the currency. High Gold reserves can be a source of trust for a country’s solvency. Central banks added 1,136 tonnes of Gold worth around $70 billion to their reserves in 2022, according to data from the World Gold Council. This is the highest yearly purchase since records began. Central banks from emerging economies such as China, India and Turkey are quickly increasing their Gold reserves.

Gold has an inverse correlation with the US Dollar and US Treasuries, which are both major reserve and safe-haven assets. When the Dollar depreciates, Gold tends to rise, enabling investors and central banks to diversify their assets in turbulent times. Gold is also inversely correlated with risk assets. A rally in the stock market tends to weaken Gold price, while sell-offs in riskier markets tend to favor the precious metal.

The price can move due to a wide range of factors. Geopolitical instability or fears of a deep recession can quickly make Gold price escalate due to its safe-haven status. As a yield-less asset, Gold tends to rise with lower interest rates, while higher cost of money usually weighs down on the yellow metal. Still, most moves depend on how the US Dollar (USD) behaves as the asset is priced in dollars (XAU/USD). A strong Dollar tends to keep the price of Gold controlled, whereas a weaker Dollar is likely to push Gold prices up.

Bio Tree: “Pay Attention to the Ecklonia Extract ‘Seapolynol'”

By |2024-12-30T04:10:54+02:00December 30, 2024|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

Seaweed varieties such as sea mustard, kelp, and laver, which are commonly consumed in Korea, are rich in nutrients like protein, vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber. While seaweed is widely consumed in Korea and Japan as a “vegetable of the sea,” other countries often perceive it as merely “seaweed.” Among the varieties, Ecklonia cava is recognized for its benefits, such as dementia prevention, vascular health, and anti-cancer properties, earning it the title of a natural supplement from the sea. Recently, global interest has surged in the Ecklonia cava harvested from Korea’s coastal regions, particularly around Jeju Island.

A healthcare startup that has been developing and marketing products using the valuable nutrients extracted from Ecklonia cava for dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, daily necessities, and cosmetics is steadily growing, both domestically and internationally. Bio Tree is the first company in Korea to introduce “Seapolynol” (a marine polyphenol extracted from Ecklonia cava), and has made a mark in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods market. We spoke with the Bio Tree Chairman Hyun-mo Shin, to learn more about the excellence of Korean Ecklonia cava and to discuss Bio Tree’s growth journey.

What is the difference between the Ecklonia cava used by Bio Tree and the seaweed that is commonly eaten?
The seaweed commonly found on dining tables is officially named Ulva prolifera, which is a green alga. In contrast, the Ecklonia cava from which we extract polyphenols is a brown alga that resides at a depth of 15 meters (Ecklonia cava). The two forms of seaweed differ in their color, shape, and habitat. While the green Ecklonia cava is widely consumed, the brown Ecklonia cava is not palatable and is rarely eaten, even by fish. However, it is from this brown Ecklonia cava that we extract polyphenols and develop new drugs, dietary supplements, and daily necessities under our proprietary brand “Seapolynol.”

It has been confirmed that the Ecklonia cava harvested from Korea, especially near Jeju Island, effectively removes radioactive substances from the body. Bio Tree has been the first company to extract 14 nutrients, including polyphenols, from Ecklonia cava for use in natural ingredients created for treating metabolic syndromes and diabetic complications. Clinical trials with the US FDA (Phase 1), Korea FDA (Phase 2a), and the FDA (Phase 2b) are currently underway.

Bio Tree was founded in 2018, but Seapolynol received various certifications between 2008 and 2013. Can you explain the timeline leading to the company’s establishment?
Seapolynol (official name “Seapolynol CAF”) was initially developed as a new material called “Seanol” by BotaMedi, with international approvals being secured. BotaMedi is the precursor to Bio Tree. Key researchers and developers who were involved in its creation later established Bio Tree and continued their research and development activities. Notably, Dr. Ui-shin Kim, a world-renowned cancer treatment authority and a professor at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, serves as Bio Tree’s permanent advisor.
Since 2008, we have successively obtained US FDA NDI (New Dietary Ingredient) and IND (Investigational New Drug) certifications, as well as European EFSA NFI (Novel Food Ingredient) certifications, which is a first in Korea. We now hold over 50 patents or patent applications, and have published more than 130 SCI-grade papers.
As an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in education and distribution, what motivated you to enter the unfamiliar pharmaceutical and biotech startup industry?

As biotechnology gained recognition as the “second semiconductor,” I became interested in its potential as a new growth driver. It felt like a necessary venture, and as someone who is at an age where concerns about diabetic complications and vascular diseases are significant, I decided to take on the challenge. The proven efficacy of Seapolynol, coupled with the market conditions and future growth potential, are what made the decision worthwhile.

While dietary supplements and drugs related to metabolic syndromes, diabetic complications, and vascular diseases exist, there are no products on the market that function as practical treatments or adjuvants with minimal side effects. This is why we are optimistic about the Seapolynol-based drugs currently undergoing clinical trials.

What is the focus of the current clinical tests?
Our primary focus is on “PH-100,” a treatment for metabolic syndromes and diabetic complications using Seapolynol. The Phase 2b clinical trial is taking place in collaboration with 12 major hospitals in Korea, including four Catholic University hospitals, Korea University Anam Hospital, Kyung Hee University Hospital, Pusan National University Hospital, and others. Results from the Phase 2a clinical trials have shown a significant reduction in inflammatory markers (HS-CRP) and positive effects on cardiovascular diseases, without side effects. If the clinical trials proceed smoothly, the drug will be conditionally released on a prescription basis by the first half of 2026.

In addition to treatments, we have released “DangCut” (meaning to cut sugar), a functional food approved as a postprandial blood sugar improvement product. Beyond drugs, Bio Tree also produces and sells cosmetics and bath products made from Seapolynol (OEM orders).

You are working on entering the Chinese market with the SBA’s support. What is your current export status?
We were invited by Jinan City in China’s Shandong Province to showcase our Seapolynol materials and key product lines. The local response was overwhelmingly positive, leading to exports of some of our products, such as liquid tea made from Seapolynol, which are now being sold in major Chinese cities, including Shanghai. Seapolynol’s versatility as a natural ingredient has also attracted interest from countries beyond China, including Japan, Hong Kong, Italy, the UK, the US, and the Middle East. In Hong Kong, a Bio Tree affiliate now operates as a branch office.

What are the company’s sales and investment plans?
Currently, we are heavily reinvesting in our clinical research, with the combined sales from Bio Tree and its affiliates reaching approximately 2 billion KRW annually. We anticipate a significant increase in sales after PH-100 is officially launched in 2026.

Although we have received foreign investment and collaboration proposals, we’ve prioritized our independent operations in order to strengthen our corporate autonomy. However, as the clinical trials near completion, substantial funding will be required. From 2025 onward, we are planning to pursue investment opportunities more actively.

What are Bio Tree’s key plans for 2025?
While our clinical research has limited our participation in international conferences and exhibitions to date, we are planning to actively promote Seapolynol and our products on a global scale starting next year. We are aiming to collaborate with global companies in technology and business partnerships and will focus on export expansions. Domestically, we will renew our key products like DangCut, while broadening our brand recognition, and expanding our market reach.

After completing the clinical trials and launching the drug, we are planning to acquire domestic and international pharmaceutical companies to directly produce new drugs. An IPO and a listing on KOSDAQ are also under consideration. Our ultimate goal is to become a globally recognized pharmaceutical and healthcare company that represents Korea.

Forgotten Gem? Cardano (ADA) Price Bottom May Be Here

Just a month ago, Cardano (ADA), the popular cryptocurrency of the same name blockchain and currently the ninth largest digital asset, was all over the news as its price rose more than 300% in less than a month. The ADA price then peaked at $1.3263 per token in early December, but the following days of the last month of the year were not as festive for the popular cryptocurrency.

By now, the price of the Cardano token has fallen to $0.9, and at one point the drop was 40% of the recent high.

Cardano Sees 20 Million ADA Transactions in 2 Days: What's Behind?

It is logical that when the November rally in ADA ended and the token began to correct, the price drop was accompanied by a decrease in market participants’ attention to the asset.

Cardano lacks attention?

In the crypto market, attention can generally be considered as fuel, which, as it is accepted in the main identity of the economy, is a limited resource amid the unlimited demand. Attention flow is probably one of the most important components for the favorable existence of a particular cryptocurrency, and its absence sometimes painfully affects the price performance.

In the case of Cardano, the sentiment of crypto enthusiasts was already far from positive, with ADA often referred to as a “dead dino coin” that no one was interested in. Generally the same slogans accompanied its rally. And now that the price has fallen 40% in a moment, it is no longer even being paid that much attention to.

Blessing in disguise for ADA

However, this is probably the moment when the ADA price found its bottom, far from the light of the crypto market.

So, after getting a reaction from buyers at $0.762, Cardano performed a literal approximate Fibonacci retracement, where this price point was 0.618 level, touching which is considered a healthy retracement. Since then, ADA has added almost 25%, and over the past three days, it is up 7.2% against Bitcoin (BTC) and 4.2% against Ethereum (ETH).

It can be said that the Cardano token is now showing real strength against major cryptocurrencies, as if teasing round two for the rally amid the lack of any attention and discussion.

Does this mean that when Cardano will be talked about again, it will be a signal to sell though?

Matcha-mania: Where to find the best matcha lattes in Singapore

By |2024-12-30T00:09:22+02:00December 30, 2024|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

SINGAPORE – Matcha drinks have taken the globe by storm, including in Singapore.

Even amid a global shortage, online tea store Tealife Singapore reported that it saw its sales of matcha double in 2024 as compared with in 2023.

Matcha – Japanese powdered green tea – is traditionally prepared by whisking matcha powder and water together in a bowl using specialised equipment.

Many cafes, like the ones TL;DR visited, serve matcha lattes that add hot or cold milk to the drink. These cafes generally pour whisked matcha and milk into the same glass one at a time, creating two aesthetically pleasing layers that are meant to be stirred together before drinking.

TL;DR checked out whether four popular local spots for matcha lived up to their hype.

Matchaya Takashimaya

Location: 391 Orchard Road, #03-10A, Singapore 238872

Matchaya’s flagship store at Takashimaya blends a traditional Japanese teahouse with a chic, contemporary aesthetic. The shop‘s interior and seating reminded me more of a modern coffee shop, rather than a traditional teahouse one would find in Japan.

I was seated at its signature “progressive tea bar” – a bar counter where customers can observe baristas whisk and prepare their drinks up close.

Matchaya offers a selection of classic drinks such as teas and tea lattes, as well as a variety of unique options such as tea mocktails and fruit matcha drinks. It has three different sugar levels for drinks – normal, reduced and no sugar.

In terms of plant-based options, Matchaya offers oat milk for an additional $1.

Besides drinks, Matchaya also has snacks and all-day brunch and mains such as Japanese sandos, pancakes and pasta.

I went there on a weekday morning when it was relatively empty and my drinks arrived in less than five minutes.

What I had: Cold Matcha Milk with oat milk and reduced sugar ($8) and Matcha Passionfruit Milk ($8)

Total: $19.18 (inclusive of service charge and goods and services tax)

The Cold Matcha Milk had a strong, full-bodied taste. However, it was a little bitter for my taste and I would advise opting for the normal sweetness level.

I was impressed by the Matcha Passionfruit Milk, which had real passionfruit pulp in it. The tangy flavour of the fruit complemented the bitter matcha well.

Matchaya has concept stores in CapitaSpring and Suntec City. It also has a tea bar in Changi Airport Terminal 3.

Hvala Odeon

Location: 333 North Bridge Rd, #01-11 Odeon Towers, Singapore 188721

Hvala – pronounced “fa-lah”, meaning thank you in Croatian – in Odeon Towers is a short five-minute walk from Bugis and City Hall MRT stations.

The cafe has a minimalist aesthetic, and offers Japanese-style low table (horigotatsu) seating.

The cafe’s tea menu focuses on Japanese teas rather than novelty drink options, though it has a fairly large selection of straight teas and tea lattes on its drinks menu.

Those who prefer plant-based options can switch to soya bean milk at no extra charge or have oat milk for an extra $1.

Its sweet and savoury food options include Japanese tea-inspired dishes such as Matcha Kaya Toast ($10.90) and sencha-infused ochazuke (tea poured over cooked rice) with different toppings.

What I had: Ice Blended Matcha with fresh milk ($8.50) and Iced Shiro Matcha Latte with oat milk ($10.50).

Total: $22.78 (inclusive of service charge and GST)

The drinks at Hvala are definitely value for money despite being similar in price to many of its competitors, as the portions are generous and can even be shared by two people.

The Shiro Matcha Latte, which is made of naturally sun-dried white tea leaves instead of steamed green tea leaves, is an acquired taste. While fragrant, the strong floral notes are more reminiscent of Chinese teas rather than other matcha drinks.

The Ice Blended Matcha was rich and creamy, and had a more standard matcha flavour than the Shiro Matcha Latte.

The cafe allows customers to borrow ichi-go ichi-e (‘once-in-a-lifetime’ in Japanese) conversation cards that have topics and questions on them, which patrons can ask fellow patrons in order to spark a conversation.

Apart from this flagship location, Hvala also has outlets in Singapore in 111 Somerset, Raffles Specialist Centre and Takashimaya Shopping Centre.

Tsujiri @ The Central

Location: 6 Eu Tong Sen St, #01-74, Singapore 059817

First established in Kyoto in 1860, internationally famous matcha titan Tsujiri has expanded far beyond Japanese shores with outlets in China, Thailand, the UK and Singapore.

Tsujiri @ The Central is located along the banks of the Singapore River and boasts stunning waterside views, especially at night.

Its menu features a wide variety of drinks, from traditional teas to matcha floats and sparkling matcha drinks. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in desserts like brownies and parfaits.

Patrons can customise their drink exactly how they like it. Beyond changing the sugar level, drink size (two sizes) and type of milk (oat, soya bean and regular), Tsujiri allows patrons to add more than 15 different toppings such as pearls, brownie chips and warabimochi (a traditional Japanese confectionery dipped in soya bean flour).

What I had: Cold Matcha Latte with oat milk ($7.50) and Kinako Kuromitsu Latte ($6.80)

Total: $16.37 (inclusive of service charge and GST)

I feel that Tsujiri’s matcha latte is less rich than some other places. However, it still maintains matcha’s distinctive ‘grassy’ flavour and is perfect for those looking for a lighter taste, or for those who wish to introduce their friends to matcha drinks.

The Kinako Kuromitsu Latte – a matcha latte sweetened with Japanese brown sugar syrup and dusted with kinako soya bean flour – was also light and easy to drink, though I felt that the taste of the kinako soybean flour slightly overpowered the matcha flavour.

Tsujiri has a total of six outlets across Singapore, including branches in Sengkang, Tanjong Pagar and Holland Village.

Kyo Kohee 112 Robinson

Location: 112 Robinson Rd, #01-01, Singapore 068902

Nestled among the office buildings of Robinson Road is Kyo Kohee, which specialises in coffee, Japanese tea and matcha.

Catering mostly to the office-going crowd, Kyo Kohee has less seating than other places, but it does have a dedicated takeaway queue for those in a rush.

Kyo Kohee has a smaller food and drinks menu compared to other cafes I visited. It offers few novelty drink options (outside of coffees, teas and tea lattes), and leans less heavily into its dessert and food options.

The cafe allows customers to switch from regular milk to premium Hokkaido milk or dairy-free alternatives like oat and soya bean milk for an additional $1.

What I had: Iced Ichigo Matcha Latte ($10.90) and Iced Okumidori Matcha Latte with oat milk ($9.90)

Total: $22.88 (inclusive of service charge and GST)

Kyo Kohee’s Okumidori Matcha Latte, which uses the Okumidori variety of matcha powder known for its strong umami flavour, is a personal favourite of mine. It’s smooth, has a well-balanced taste and has none of the powdery texture that often plagues matcha drinks.

The Ichigo Matcha Latte was also fantastic. The sweet flavour of the strawberry extract complemented the earthy matcha taste perfectly without overpowering it.

Kyo Kohee also has one other outlet in Asia Square Tower 1.

By |2024-12-30T00:03:13+02:00December 30, 2024|Crypto News, News|0 Comments

XRP price has the potential to reach a two-digit figure if XRP recaptures the percentage of Bitcoin market cap it held in 2018 before the SEC lawsuit.

Amid a broader market pullback from the Federal Reserve’s hawkish stance on the economy, XRP has suffered a huge blow. The altcoin’s price collapsed from a top of $2.72 on Dec. 17 to a floor of $1.96 on Dec. 20, marking a massive 28% decline within four days.

XRP recovered from the $1.96 low as a result of the robust support at this level, a region that previously acted as resistance. Despite the rebound, XRP price is still 25% down from the $2.72 peak, currently hovering around $2.16 at press time.

XRP Price Underperforms While Bitcoin Thrives

At this price, XRP’s market cap stands at $132 billion, according to data from TradingView. It bears mentioning that XRP hit an all-time high market valuation of $165 billion on Dec. 3, when its price soared to the seven-year high of $2.9. Before now, the peak valuation stood at $128.5 billion in January 2018.

However, despite this cycle’s valuation being greater than the 2017/2018 valuation, it captures a much lower chunk of Bitcoin’s market cap. For context, in January 2018, when XRP’s market cap hit $128.5 billion, Bitcoin had a valuation of $260.05 billion. This indicates that XRP captured 49.4% of BTC’s market cap at the time.

This ratio continued to decline considerably as XRP price faced turbulence over the years, while Bitcoin thrived. Further, the SEC lawsuit, which began in December 2020, exacerbated XRP’s underperformance, resulting in the asset missing out on the 2020/2021 bull run.

Amid this sustained underperformance, the ratio of XRP’s market cap to Bitcoin’s valuation has plummeted considerably. For instance, at the start of this year, on Jan. 1, XRP only had 3.9% of Bitcoin’s market cap. Notably, at the time, XRP’s valuation stood at $33 billion, while Bitcoin had a market cap of $838 billion.

What if XRP Reclaimed Ratio of BTC Market Cap?

Interestingly, following the November rally, XRP’s market cap has skyrocketed to new heights. Now, with a market valuation of $132 billion, XRP captures about 6.8% of Bitcoin’s market cap, which now sits at $1.93 trillion. This is still way below the 49.4% ratio from 2018.

Nonetheless, market experts believe XRP price will only surge further from here, especially after the ongoing correction ends. If XRP reclaimed the 49.4% Bitcoin market cap ratio, the implications would be massive for prices.

For context, 49.4% of the current Bitcoin valuation is $953 billion. Should XRP reach a market cap of $953 billion, its price would skyrocket to $16.6, considering the circulating supply of 57.25 billion tokens.

Such a price would mark a 621% increase from the current XRP price. Interestingly, market expert EGRAG had previously projected this price target for XRP. In October, EGRAG leveraged a Linear Regression principle to set three XRP price targets, including $16.

BDAG’s Aims Higher, Insights on Bitcoin Rainbow Chart & SOL Price

By |2024-12-29T22:01:29+02:00December 29, 2024|Crypto News, News|0 Comments

In the cryptocurrency market, “$500” is increasingly a focal point. The Bitcoin rainbow chart suggests an upward trajectory with a possible $500,000 valuation by 2026 as broader institutional engagement grows. Concurrently, the Solana price prediction is also positive, foreseeing a rise to $500 by 2030, fueled by the escalating demand for decentralized applications.

While Bitcoin and Solana attract attention with their respective $500K and $500 price forecasts, BlockDAG (BDAG) sets its sights higher, targeting a monumental $600 million in its presale. Having raised over $173.5 million and provided early participants with a 2240% ROI, BlockDAG is fast becoming the top trending crypto.

Solana’s Value Outlook: $500 Predicted by 2030

Current Solana price predictions point towards considerable expansion, with expectations reaching $500 by 2030. Thanks to its scalability and the adoption in decentralized applications, Solana stands to gain significantly from the burgeoning DeFi market.

Yet, its present valuation of $209, which is nearly 20% below its highest ever, poses questions about its growth sustainability in a competitive domain. Ongoing concerns like potential network bottlenecks and regulatory obstacles continue to pose risks. Despite these challenges, Solana’s prospects for sustained growth remain strong, although market fluctuations have brought some unease.

Bitcoin Rainbow Chart: Potential $500K Peak by 2026

Recent insights by analyst @CryptoMichNL on X shed light on the Bitcoin Rainbow Chart, noting, “The Bitcoin Rainbow Chart reveals some interesting points. For starters, the last peak was expected to be much higher as it did not reach extreme levels. Additionally, the longevity of the chart suggests higher future peaks. If we head into a bull phase by 2026, a $500K target is quite feasible.” This analysis indicates that Bitcoin might exceed previous highs, with a $500,000 target by 2026 looking more likely if a bullish trend takes hold.

However, despite its historical accuracy, the chart is not foolproof. Bitcoin’s prior fluctuations have shown unpredictability, often straying from projections due to factors like regulatory changes and global economic shifts.

BlockDAG’s Swift March to $600M: A Record-Setting Crypto Presale

Within less than a year of its crypto presale, BlockDAG has already broken records by raising more than $173.5 million. Early participants who recognized the promise of this emergent star have seen a remarkable 2240% growth in their holdings as BDAG’s price jumped from $0.001 in the first batch to $0.0234 in the upcoming batch 26.

This rapid growth has reinforced BlockDAG’s trajectory towards an ambitious $600M presale target, positioning it as the decade’s most substantial presale. Daily, crypto whales contribute over $5 million to this top trending crypto, attracted by BlockDAG’s advanced technology which offers unmatched speed, strong security, and significant scalability.

The momentum continues robustly. The BlockDAG X1 Miner App now exceeds 300,000 users, and the TG Tap Miner has attracted over 180,000 participants, demonstrating swift market penetration and increasing confidence in BlockDAG’s modern ecosystem.

As the presale accelerates towards the $600 million mark and coins are quickly acquired, the window is closing to purchase BDAG at just $0.0234 before batch 26 is fully subscribed. With prices increasing in each new batch and no signs of the project slowing, this opportunity may be the last to engage with this ascendant crypto powerhouse at such an accessible price.

Leading the Crypto Market Surge

While the Bitcoin rainbow chart suggests a possible ascent to $500,000 by 2026, and the Solana price prediction anticipates a rise to $500 by 2030 with the expansion of decentralized applications, BlockDAG is distinguishing itself with significant achievements. Having raised over $173.5 million to date, its crypto presale is fast approaching a $600 million target, cementing its status as the top trending crypto.

Early supporters have realized a 2240% ROI, and the project’s cutting-edge technology coupled with rapid community expansion showcases its exceptional promise. With batches selling rapidly, now is an ideal time to participate in this swiftly growing initiative before the entry cost increases.

Major and probably the most popular meme cryptocurrency Dogecoin (DOGE) is on the verge of a stunning 91% rally in the coming month of January. As it was revealed thanks to data from CryptoRank, the average return for DOGE in January is 91.5% with over 10 years of data.

Interestingly, despite the fact that Dogecoin was created in 2013, its most profitable January was in 2021, when the price of the meme coin skyrocketed by 711.5%. After that, however, it was not so fruitful for DOGE, with declines in two of them, and a 37.2% increase in 2023.

Broader picture however shows that only five out of eleven January’s closed in green, and statistically as it stands right now there’s a higher probability for DOGE to fall in January. The median of Dogecoin’s returns also suggests this, as it is -7.95%.

So, it’s really two different roads for DOGE in January as of right now.

Ethereum to rescue

In support of a potential rally for DOGE in January, the price history of Ethereum and other major alternative cryptocurrencies signals the likelihood of an upcoming alt season.

According to the data, Ethereum has experienced five consecutive months of positive average and median returns — spanning from January to May. Furthermore, the lowest median return during this period for ETH remains at 12.1%.
