Factories pay less for leaves, Kundha tea planters protest

By |2024-12-24T08:40:27+02:00December 24, 2024|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

NILGIRIS: Condemning tea factories for paying Rs 3 less per kg than the committee-fixed price of Rs 24.59 for green tea leaves, small plantation owners in Kundha launched a strike on Monday. The planters also did not send leaves that have already been plucked to eight tea factories.

“In October, MSME Minister TM Anbarasan assured that green tea leaves would be procured as per the committee fixed price but till date it has not been implemented,” said Manjai V Mohan, founder of Badagesa Party which is supporting the protest.

The committee consisting of the district collector and tea board executive director fixed Rs 24.59 for green tea leaves from small scale farmers.

However, eight state owned factories are paying them Rs 3 less. Sources in the INDCOSERVE which is managing the eight factories said they are facing a financial crisis and are unable to provide the price. “We are aware of the protest. The difference in the amount could be between Rs 1.5- Rs 1.7 crore and the government is aware of it. It’s upto the state government to pay the price,” said an official from Nilgiris.

ADA Could See $0.5 Before $2, Cardano Holders Are Hedging Volatility With Remittix (RTX)

By |2024-12-24T08:35:40+02:00December 24, 2024|Crypto News, News|0 Comments

Cardano was declared down and out, never to recover, when in November, the Cardano price recovered more than even its fiercest advocates could have hoped for. The Cardano price was up almost 300% during the Trump Pump, but then it dumped nearly 40% in December, indicating that the massive increase in the Cardano price was purely speculative.

The Cardano price was doing well and looked for all the world like it would hit $2.00 this cycle, but while it is currently hovering around the one-dollar mark, it seems that the Cardano price has a better chance of halving to $0.50 than doubling to $2.00.

Cardano is a great project, though, and it deserves higher recognition in the market and from developers. Whether this will happen is anyone’s guess, but the outlook is not all that rosy for Cardano. The Cardano price is a mere 30% of the all-time high it achieved in 2021, and that’s a terrible comparison when measured against Bitcoin, which achieved a new ATH less than a week ago.

XAG/USD rises above $29.50 amid thin trading activity

By |2024-12-24T08:02:09+02:00December 24, 2024|Forex News, News|0 Comments

  • Silver price gains ground as trading activity remains subdued before the Christmas holiday.
  • The non-yielding Silver may struggle as traders factor in only two rate cuts next year.
  • Concerns about potential tariffs from the incoming Trump administration have heightened fears of weakened industrial demand for Silver.

Silver price (XAG/USD) extends its winning streak for the third consecutive session, trading around $29.70 during the Asian hours on Tuesday. Prices of precious metals like Silver are supported probably due to thin trading activity before the Christmas holiday. Additionally, soft US PCE data have tempered inflation concerns, presenting a mixed outlook for the economy, which benefits non-yielding assets like Silver.

However, Silver prices may receive downward pressure as traders continue to assess the Federal Reserve’s (Fed) outlook for 2025, factoring in only two rate cuts in 2025 after Fed policymakers signaled fewer interest rate cuts next year due to a slowdown in the disinflation process.

According to the CME FedWatch tool, markets now anticipate a nearly 93% probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged in January, maintaining the current range of 4.25%–4.50%.

Potential tariffs from the incoming Trump administration have intensified fears of weak demand for Silver as an industrial input, causing the metal to underperform in the fourth quarter. Additionally, Chicago Fed President Austan Goolsbee stated that uncertainty surrounding Trump’s policies after taking office led him to revise his projection for 2025. While he had previously anticipated a 100-basis-point (bps) interest rate reduction, he now expects fewer cuts.

Additionally, Silver prices are facing pressure from a constrained industrial outlook, driven by overcapacity in China’s solar panel industry. This has led photovoltaic companies to participate in a government-led self-discipline program to regulate supply. Pressure on Silver prices was also noted due to concerns over a potential Yuan devaluation, in line with China’s looser monetary policy stance.

Silver FAQs

Silver is a precious metal highly traded among investors. It has been historically used as a store of value and a medium of exchange. Although less popular than Gold, traders may turn to Silver to diversify their investment portfolio, for its intrinsic value or as a potential hedge during high-inflation periods. Investors can buy physical Silver, in coins or in bars, or trade it through vehicles such as Exchange Traded Funds, which track its price on international markets.

Silver prices can move due to a wide range of factors. Geopolitical instability or fears of a deep recession can make Silver price escalate due to its safe-haven status, although to a lesser extent than Gold’s. As a yieldless asset, Silver tends to rise with lower interest rates. Its moves also depend on how the US Dollar (USD) behaves as the asset is priced in dollars (XAG/USD). A strong Dollar tends to keep the price of Silver at bay, whereas a weaker Dollar is likely to propel prices up. Other factors such as investment demand, mining supply – Silver is much more abundant than Gold – and recycling rates can also affect prices.

Silver is widely used in industry, particularly in sectors such as electronics or solar energy, as it has one of the highest electric conductivity of all metals – more than Copper and Gold. A surge in demand can increase prices, while a decline tends to lower them. Dynamics in the US, Chinese and Indian economies can also contribute to price swings: for the US and particularly China, their big industrial sectors use Silver in various processes; in India, consumers’ demand for the precious metal for jewellery also plays a key role in setting prices.

Silver prices tend to follow Gold’s moves. When Gold prices rise, Silver typically follows suit, as their status as safe-haven assets is similar. The Gold/Silver ratio, which shows the number of ounces of Silver needed to equal the value of one ounce of Gold, may help to determine the relative valuation between both metals. Some investors may consider a high ratio as an indicator that Silver is undervalued, or Gold is overvalued. On the contrary, a low ratio might suggest that Gold is undervalued relative to Silver.

Do you need to take magnesium supplements?

By |2024-12-24T06:39:26+02:00December 24, 2024|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

NEW YORK – Magnesium supplements are said to help with a long list of ailments: sleep problems, migraine headaches, depression, high blood pressure, muscle cramps and constipation. One wellness coach on TikTok went so far as to say that “to be a functioning member of society”, everyone should be taking them.

The premise that this essential mineral can treat such a wide range of issues rests on the idea that many people are deficient in it. But is that true? And will replenishing your body’s magnesium solve your health problems?

Experts give their take on whether the claims hold up to scientific scrutiny.

How common is magnesium deficiency?

Most people in the United States do not have a serious magnesium deficiency, said Dr Edward Saltzman, an associate professor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. If they did, he added, they would have noticeable symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, numbness, tingling, seizures and abnormal heart rhythms.

But national diet surveys do suggest that at least half of people in the US are not meeting federal recommendations – at least 310 or 320mg of magnesium a day for women who are not pregnant, depending on their age; and at least 400 or 420mg for men, also depending on age.

Not consuming enough magnesium could have subtler, slower-burning consequences, Dr Saltzman said.

Researchers have found correlations, for instance, between consuming less magnesium and health conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, stroke, cardiovascular disease, bone fractures, migraine headaches and poor sleep – though they have not proven causation.

Unfortunately, there is no simple way to tell if you are meeting federal guidelines. A blood test, for instance, will not give you a very accurate assessment, said Dr Katherine Tucker, a professor emerita of biomedical and nutritional sciences at University of Massachusetts Lowell.

“To me, it’s one of the more important nutrients that we’re missing,” she said.

Can magnesium supplements help with certain conditions?

The relevant clinical trials that have looked into this have been small, with inconsistent results, Dr Saltzman said, so whether they can help with such a long list of ailments is “the million-dollar question”.

There is a need for bigger, better studies before recommending magnesium supplements to most people, he added.

However, some limited evidence does provide hints that magnesium supplements may help with some issues, especially if you do not get enough magnesium from your diet, Dr Tucker said.

Here are some areas that offer the best, if imperfect, evidence for their use.

Migraines

According to the American Academy of Neurology and the American Headache Society, magnesium supplements are “probably effective” at preventing migraine headaches in people who get them regularly.

This is backed by a handful of small clinical trials, which have suggested that patients who took 600mg of magnesium a day had fewer migraines than those who took a placebo.

Sleep

In a 2021 review of studies, researchers summarised the findings of three clinical trials that included 151 people aged 50 or older. They found that on average, those who took between 320 and 729mg of magnesium a day fell asleep about 17 minutes faster than those who took a placebo.

It was not clear, however, whether the supplement improved the participants’ sleep quality or helped them sleep longer.

Mental health

In a 2023 review of seven small clinical trials, researchers concluded that taking magnesium supplements can help reduce symptoms of depression – though not all the trials they reviewed found such benefits.

A 2017 trial of 126 adults with mild to moderate symptoms of depression found that those who took 248mg of magnesium a day for six weeks began feeling less anxious and depressed within two weeks. However, the researchers reported that this benefit could have partly been explained by a placebo effect.

A 2024 review also found that magnesium supplements may help with anxiety, though those results were also mixed.

Blood pressure and blood sugar

Studies done over short periods of time have suggested that, in people with high blood pressure, magnesium supplements may lower blood pressure by a small amount. And in people with Type 2 diabetes, it may help reduce blood sugar and measures of insulin resistance, Dr Tucker said.

Those findings jibe with longer studies that have found correlations between lower magnesium consumption and greater risks of Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, she added, though there is not enough evidence to say a magnesium supplement could prevent those diseases.

Constipation

In 2023, experts from two national gastroenterology associations said people with chronic constipation – meaning those with certain symptoms that last for three or more months – might benefit from taking magnesium supplements. This was based on two small, short-term trials that found that people with chronic constipation who took magnesium oxide – a type of magnesium supplement – had more bowel movements a week than those who took a placebo.

The bottom line

Scientists do not know how magnesium supplements may offer these benefits, or if they may help in other ways, such as in preventing muscle cramps or improving bone health. But the mineral plays a role in hundreds of chemical reactions in the body, including brain cell function, muscle contraction, blood glucose control, blood pressure regulation and energy production.

The best way to make sure you are getting enough magnesium is to consume more magnesium-rich foods such as nuts, seeds, leafy greens, beans and whole grains, Dr Tucker said.

If you do not regularly eat these kinds of foods, a supplement may be worth trying, she added. NYTIMES

Do natural supplements need strict oversight?

By |2024-12-24T04:38:44+02:00December 24, 2024|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

Problems, however, may arise because of overuse or misuse.

Paracelsus, often known as the father of toxicology, famously said, “Solely the dose determines that a thing is not a poison.” In other words, the toxicity of a substance depends on the dose. Apart from the amount ingested, other factors such as its absorption by the intestine and the body’s metabolism, excretion and detoxification processes, which vary from person to person, also determine whether a thing eaten or drunk becomes poisonous for the individual.

Even drinking plain water in excess can lead to water intoxication and water poisoning in some people.

The same is true for other generally safe drinks and foods.

Green tea extract, a popular weight loss supplement, can be harmful to the liver in obese people with pre-existing chronic liver diseases. In such cases, obesity and liver damage lead to the accumulation of xenobiotics, meaning foreign substances, in the body. This leads to an increase in their concentration in the system and causes poisoning.

Ashwagandha or Indian ginseng is a widely used medicinal plant in India which is gaining popularity worldwide. Its extracts are known for their ability to reduce inflammation and treat ailments as diverse as arthritis, diabetes, hypertension and infertility.

One of the key compounds in ashwagandha is withanone. This has been shown to react with DNA, potentially leading to severe biological consequences such as DNA damage. When used in moderation, this effect is mitigated by a protective agent found in cells known as glutathione or GSH, a natural antioxidant.

It’s crucial to adhere to the recommended dosage of ashwagandha extract set by the Indian Ministry of Ayush—the government body responsible for developing and promoting traditional medicine systems in India—as exceeding this limit may overload the GSH system and cause liver damage.

XAU/USD flat lines above $2,600 ahead of holiday trading week

By |2024-12-24T04:00:01+02:00December 24, 2024|Forex News, News|0 Comments

  • Gold price holds steady near $2,610 in Tuesday’s early Asian session.
  • The stronger Greenback and high bond yields could drag the Gold price lower.
  • Safe-haven flow and the world’s central banks demand might cap the downside for yellow metal.

Gold price (XAU/USD) trades flat around $2,610 during the early Asian session on Tuesday. Markets face a relatively quiet trading session ahead of the holiday trading week. The US Richmond Fed Manufacturing Index for December is due later on Tuesday.

The firmer US Dollar (USD) could weigh on the yellow metal as it makes commodities priced in the currency more expensive for most buyers. Meanwhile, the US Dollar Index (DXY), a measure of the USD’s value relative to its most significant trading partners’ currencies, edges higher to the 108.00 handle amid the cautious mood.

“The market continues to digest the results of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting last week. A shallower rate path for 2025 is now getting factored in, probably a pause in January, maybe March as well,” noted Peter Grant, vice president and senior metals strategist at Zaner Metals.

On the other hand, safe-haven demand and buying by the world’s central banks could underpin the precious metal. According to the World Gold Council (WGC), central bank demand increased significantly, highlighting the metal’s continued position as a safe-haven asset. Central banks have been net purchasers of gold for over 15 years.

Gold FAQs

Gold has played a key role in human’s history as it has been widely used as a store of value and medium of exchange. Currently, apart from its shine and usage for jewelry, the precious metal is widely seen as a safe-haven asset, meaning that it is considered a good investment during turbulent times. Gold is also widely seen as a hedge against inflation and against depreciating currencies as it doesn’t rely on any specific issuer or government.

Central banks are the biggest Gold holders. In their aim to support their currencies in turbulent times, central banks tend to diversify their reserves and buy Gold to improve the perceived strength of the economy and the currency. High Gold reserves can be a source of trust for a country’s solvency. Central banks added 1,136 tonnes of Gold worth around $70 billion to their reserves in 2022, according to data from the World Gold Council. This is the highest yearly purchase since records began. Central banks from emerging economies such as China, India and Turkey are quickly increasing their Gold reserves.

Gold has an inverse correlation with the US Dollar and US Treasuries, which are both major reserve and safe-haven assets. When the Dollar depreciates, Gold tends to rise, enabling investors and central banks to diversify their assets in turbulent times. Gold is also inversely correlated with risk assets. A rally in the stock market tends to weaken Gold price, while sell-offs in riskier markets tend to favor the precious metal.

The price can move due to a wide range of factors. Geopolitical instability or fears of a deep recession can quickly make Gold price escalate due to its safe-haven status. As a yield-less asset, Gold tends to rise with lower interest rates, while higher cost of money usually weighs down on the yellow metal. Still, most moves depend on how the US Dollar (USD) behaves as the asset is priced in dollars (XAU/USD). A strong Dollar tends to keep the price of Gold controlled, whereas a weaker Dollar is likely to push Gold prices up.

Taking Vitamin D Probably Won’t Prevent Falls or Fractures—Here’s What Will

By |2024-12-24T02:36:54+02:00December 24, 2024|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

Taking vitamin D, with or without calcium, does not lower the risk of older adults falling or having fractures, according to a new draft recommendation issued last week by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force.

More than one in four older adults falls in the U.S. each year, which can lead to broken bones and other injuries. Vitamin D and calcium are sometimes taken together because the body needs vitamin D to absorb calcium, which is essential for bone health.

“Often patients have read or heard from someone that they should be taking them for a variety of reasons, and so they do,” Barbara Bawer, MD, a family medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, told Health.

The recommendation by the nationwide panel of experts doesn’t apply to people with osteoporosis, vitamin D deficiency, or those taking vitamin D for other medical reasons.

While the report concluded that vitamin D doesn’t lower the risk of fractures or falls in older adults, it doesn’t say that people should forgo vitamin D or calcium or that they have no benefits.

Here’s what the panel found—plus what doctors who treat aging patients actually suggest for preventing falls and fractures.

The USPSTF’s panel conducted a systematic review of research on the role of calcium, vitamin D, and falls in older adults. The panel concluded with “moderate certainty” that supplementing with vitamin D showed no benefit for preventing falls and fractures in older adults.

Panelists also found that supplementing with vitamin D, with or without calcium, can increase the risk of kidney stones. As a result, the panel doesn’t recommend that men and women aged 60 and up supplement with vitamin D, with or without calcium, to prevent fractures and falls.

The panel’s findings build on a 2018 recommendation against postmenopausal women taking 400 units or less of vitamin D and 1,000 milligrams or less of calcium to prevent fractures. (At the time, the panel said there wasn’t enough evidence to make recommendations for men.)

There are a few reasons why the risk of falls and fractures increases as you age. “Your bone stock really peaks in your 20s and 30s,” Alex Jahangir, MD, vice chair and a professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Vanderbilt Health, told Health. “Your bone quality is also lower as you get older. As a result, if you fall, you’re more inclined to get a fracture.”

Mobility can also be more difficult as you get older due to conditions like osteoarthritis or other forms of arthritis, Bawer said. “This alters the way we walk, including shuffling of the feet, leaning in various ways to help offset pain,” she said.

Neurological conditions like neuropathy, which can change the sensation in the toes or feet, can also impact balance and mobility, raising the risk of falls, Clifford Segil, DO, a neurologist who treats older adults at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA, told Health.

“Eyesight is usually worse as well as we age, and so we can misstep or not see something in our way which can lead to falls,” Bawer said.

Some medications can also lead to dizziness and loss of balance, and older adults tend to be on more medications to manage health conditions than younger adults, John Fudyma, MD, interim chief of geriatrics and palliative care in the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, told Health.

Per Fudyma, a vitamin D deficiency can also make you more prone to falls.

Doctors stress that the findings don’t suggest that there’s no value to taking vitamin D and calcium—only that the combination is unlikely to prevent older adults from having fractures and falls.

“Vitamin D and calcium are important for other functions in the body,” Fudyma said. “But in the general, average population who is 60 and above, it’s not recommended to supplement with them to prevent fractures and falls.”

In addition to strengthening bones, vitamin D and calcium are necessary for muscle and brain function. Doctors generally recommend that people obtain them through food rather than supplements, but supplements may be an option for people who don’t get enough of the nutrients from food. Per Bawer, these groups include:

  • People with osteoporosis, a disease that develops when bone mineral density and mass decreases
  • Those who have issues absorbing some nutrients
  • People whose diets are low in calcium
  • People who don’t spend any time outdoors or limited time outside
  • People with hyperparathyroidism, inflammatory bowel diseases, or celiac disease

“Early studies in patients who had vitamin D deficiency and low intakes of calcium show a beneficial effect of supplementation,” Sue Shapses, PhD, RD, a vitamin D researcher and professor of nutritional sciences at the Rutgers University School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, told Health.

Doctors said there are a few ways to lower the risk of fractures and falls with age.

  • Take routine walks. “I tell people to walk more,” Segil said. Not only does this help build up muscle and bone strength, but it can also help with balance.
  • Do strength training. Weight-bearing exercises can help build up bone strength, Segil said. “I would advise people to do weight-bearing exercises over taking a vitamin any day of the week,” he added.
  • Try balance exercises. “Doing balance exercises like tai-chi, Pilates, and yoga can help as well,” Bawer said.
  • Look at your medications. People with osteoporosis can take medications like bisphosphonates to lower the risk of fractures, Shapses said.
  • Ramp up protein intake. On the dietary front, having plenty of protein may also help lower the risk of fractures and falls, Shapses said.
  • Stay on top of your eye health. Bawer suggests getting annual eye exams and wearing necessary visual tools like glasses and contacts.
  • Get plenty of sleep. “Get enough sleep because as people are more tired, their risk of falls increases and therefore fractures,” Bawer said.
  • Tidy up your home. Decluttering your environment to reduce trip hazards is crucial, too, Fudyma said.

Unfortunately, lowering the risk of fractures and falls in older adults isn’t as simple as taking a supplement. “For most people with adequate vitamin D and calcium levels, supplements don’t help prevent falls or fractures,” Shapses said. “Supplements are only helpful if you are deficient.”

SUI Price Hits ATH! More on XRP Price Prediction & BlockDAG’s Mining Boom

By |2024-12-24T02:33:19+02:00December 24, 2024|Crypto News, News|0 Comments

The cryptocurrency market is teeming with activity as we reach the end of 2024. In this highly competitive market, the latest XRP price predictions suggest a bullish outlook, as it is aiming for highly ambitious targets. On the other hand, the SUI price has hit a new high with a surge of 21.8% in a week.

While established coins like XRP and emerging technologies like SUI are working their way in this cutthroat market, BlockDAG (BDAG) — a coin in its presale phase, is causing a stir for its growth and mining capabilities.

AD 4nXd26Jntn1nGksMnt2T40idcL0s868fCxoSJ96tpBxl aiL4IRxCdNEvAtv9BWUhmFS409qqBYTEm wMmyrO9Teku9MAAugDx O

BlockDAG’s X Series miners are redefining crypto mining, especially its X1 mining app, which has surpassed 300k active users. The demand for its mining rigs is high, with over $6 million raised in minor sales and over 14k miners sold.

XRP Price Prediction: Is $500 Realistic?

The recent XRP price predictions are quite ambitious. In the past, XRP soared from $0.003 in January 2017 to $3.31 in January 2018. This provided XRP’s early investors but can they expect similar growth going forward? XRP’s history still fuels optimism, as XRP price predictions are bullish and it aims for high targets like $100, $300, and $500.

However, analysts are divided over such highly ambitious XRP price predictions, because some doubt its potential due to supply challenges. XRP’s circulating supply is 57.1 billion, impacting its market cap projections. Achieving $100 or more would require massive capital inflow. Analysts believe $100 and $300 could be possible by 2040 and $500 by 2050.

SUI Price: Can it Reach New Heights?

The SUI price hit a new high of $4.85, up 21.8% in a week, and outperformed some of the other top cryptocurrencies, with impressive growth in 2024. Experts predict that with new cross-chain integrations, SUI’s price can increase to $7.73 if there is a strong adoption rate.

The cross-chain USDC transfer function offered by SUI increases transaction speed and liquidity. Although the SUI price struggles to achieve resistance above $5.23, the price remains stable over $4.35. According to analysts, potential objectives are $5.71 and $6.80, with a likely peak of $7.73.

BlockDAG X1 App’s Boom: 300k Users and Counting!

BlockDAG, a rising layer-1 blockchain project currently in its presale phase, is shaking the cryptocurrency space. And what could be the reason? The answer lies in BlockDAG’s unique DAG (Directed Graph Acyclic) structure and its Proof of Work (PoW) consensus mechanism.

The project has also set itself apart for simplifying mining with its easy-to-use, eco-friendly, high-speed mining rigs. BlockDAG’s popular X-series miners — X1, X10, X30, and X100 models — are suitable for all, whether they are beginners or experienced miners.

BlockDAG $30 Price Prediction – Dominating Profitability & Utility! LINK’s Technical Analysis Eyes $100 While Dogecoin Price Dips

By |2024-12-24T00:32:16+02:00December 24, 2024|Crypto News, News|0 Comments

The crypto world rarely stands still, and today’s markets are no exception. For those asking which crypto to buy today, three coins offer compelling narratives. First is Dogecoin (DOGE) facing a critical rebound moment. Next is Chainlink (LINK), which is on a path toward $100, and then there is BlockDAG (BDAG), which is capturing traders’ interests with a bold $30 price prediction.

The Chainlink technical analysis points to long-term growth, while the Dogecoin price dip tests traders’ patience and BlockDAG’s DAG-based technology, discussed in detail in its latest whitepaper V3, is paving the way for unparalleled scalability and innovation. While BDAG is the baby of the bunch, its current advantage is it only has up to go from here, whereas LINK and DOGE face pullbacks.

Dogecoin Price Dips Below Key Levels – Can DOGE Rebound?

Dogecoin price took a significant hit during the recent market downturn, shedding 25% of its value in just 36 hours. After trading above $0.41 earlier in the week, DOGE plummeted to $0.26 following a broader sell-off triggered by the Federal Reserve’s decision to hold back further rate cuts. Analysts point to critical support at $0.22 as a make-or-break level for the coin.

BlockDAG Price Prediction – Dominating Profitability & Utility! LINK’s Technical Analysis Eyes 0 While Dogecoin Price Dips

Crypto analysts, like Rose Premium Signals, suggest DOGE could still see a substantial bounce. “If DOGE rebounds from $0.22, it could hit $0.40894 or even $0.65557,” signaling potential gains of over 165%. While the current correction looks steep, many traders remain optimistic about Dogecoin’s recovery prospects as it is currently trading at $0.31.

Chainlink technical analysis indicates the token is in a correction phase after a meteoric rise in 2024. Following its breakout past $40, LINK retraced to the $23–$25 range, which analysts view as a critical support zone. AMCrypto remains bullish, stating, “Fundamentals haven’t changed. $100 LINK will happen this cycle.”

The recent cup-and-handle formation suggests a long-term bullish setup, though short-term resistance near $47 could test investors’ patience. If LINK holds its support levels during this correction, the path toward $100 becomes increasingly plausible. Traders are watching closely as LINK’s resilience against market pressures could define its trajectory in the coming months.

BlockDAG’s Hidden Weapon—The Tech Powering Crypto’s Next Big Giant

BlockDAG’s updated whitepaper unveils its vision for the blockchain world, highlighting advanced EVM and WASM compatibility that sets the stage for its long-term dominance. Designed for developers and traders, the platform’s DAG-based technology ensures unparalleled scalability and efficiency, meaning it is built with mass adoption in mind.

Experts are already forecasting that BDAG’s price will reach $30 by 2030, citing its unique infrastructure and ability to simplify memecoin creation. As memecoins capitalize on virality to gain traction, BlockDAG’s streamlined development tools put it in a league of its own, enabling projects to launch faster and scale effortlessly. This capability allows BlockDAG to become a household name, ready to surpass established players like Chainlink and Dogecoin, both experiencing significant corrections.

The current BlockDAG crypto presale underscores its growing momentum, as the project has already raised over $171.5 million, selling more than 17.4 billion coins. The coin price remains at an attractive $0.0234, but still offering early adopters an extraordinary 2,240% ROI already. These impressive metrics have drawn both institutional interest and retail excitement, making BDAG a standout in the market.

For those wondering which crypto to buy today, BlockDAG presents an unmatched opportunity. Its DAG-based technology, combined with its developer compatibility and memecoin-development-friendly tools, puts BlockDAG at the forefront of innovation and profitability.

While Dogecoin grapples with a critical rebound and Chainlink’s technical analysis points to a promising $100 target, it’s BlockDAG that stands out as the disruptor ready for exponential growth.
