EUR/USD Analysis Today 01/09: Narrow Ranges (Chart)

By |2025-09-01T17:14:53+03:00September 1, 2025|Forex News, News|0 Comments

EUR/USD Analysis Summary Today

  • Overall Trend: Neutral with a bullish bias. Support Levels for Today: 1.1630 – 1.1580 – 1.1500.
  • Resistance Levels for Today: 1.1740 – 1.1820 – 1.1900.

EUR/USD Trading Signals:

  • Buy EUR/USD from the support level at 1.1590 with a target at 1.1800 and stop loss at 1.1500.
  • Sell EUR/USD from the resistance level at 1.1755 with a target at 1.1600 and stop loss at 1.1820.

Technical Analysis of EUR/USD Today:

The EUR/USD rebounded higher, attempting to break resistance at 1.1700, supported by U.S. inflation data and tensions between Trump and Federal Reserve officials. The pair is trying to maintain most of its gains this year as markets assess global interest rate expectations and ECB policy amid growth slowdown concerns. According to recent economic calendar data, Germany’s inflation accelerated above expectations, surpassing 2%, while inflation in France, Italy, and Spain came in weaker at 0.8%, 1.7%, and 2.7% respectively. Overall, futures contracts suggest limited ECB rate cuts this year, although U.S. tariffs and weak growth still keep some expectations alive for potential cuts later in the year.

In the U.S., continued inflation and strong consumer spending in July highlight the challenge facing the Fed in cutting rates amid a weak labor market. According to forex trading platforms’ performance, the euro has gained 11% against the dollar so far this year, supported by European stimulus plans and U.S. financial uncertainty.

Will EUR/USD Rise This Week?

According to currency analysts, there are chances for EUR/USD to rise further if this week’s U.S. jobs data comes in weaker than expected, especially since markets are cautiously monitoring the Fed’s decision this month regarding a possible rate cut. Technically, the latest gains have pushed the RSI (14-day) toward 53, above the neutral line, while the MACD also confirms bullish momentum. However, bulls need more catalysts to fully confirm control, with the 1.1800 resistance break remaining the key signal.

Today’s EUR/USD trading will react to the Federal Reserve’s preferred US inflation reading, along with the Eurozone’s manufacturing and services PMI readings. Currency traders will be monitoring whether the EUR/USD pair can reclaim the 1.17 level, as concerns about the Federal Reserve and political pressure on the central bank continue to undermine the US dollar’s support.

Market sentiment toward the dollar remains negative as investors worry about U.S. political interference in the Fed, while political fears in the Eurozone have eased slightly. Today’s U.S. holiday may lower liquidity and affect trading performance.

Factors Affecting USD Trading:

According to forex experts, Fed policy and Trump’s pressure on the central bank remain key elements. For the September meeting, markets are pricing in an 85% probability of a rate cut. However, U.S. economic data has recently been slightly stronger than expected, reducing near-term aggressive selling pressure on the dollar. U.S. Q2 GDP was revised up to 3.3% annually from 3.0%, while initial jobless claims fell to 229,000 from 234,000 previously.

On the other front affecting currency exchange rates, political concerns in the eurozone have eased slightly, although significant tensions remain. The French government faces a confidence vote in the National Assembly on September 8, and if the outcome leads to unfavorable market outcomes, the door is open to further euro weakness. However, forex analysts view the situation with caution and warn that this is not a decisive moment for the euro, which will benefit from France’s previous improved economic growth and strong support from the European Central Bank.

Trading Tips:

Traders recommend selling EUR/USD on every upward move, avoiding excessive risk, and closely monitoring market-moving factors until the Fed meeting later this month.

Which Is Better to Help You Poop?

By |2025-09-01T17:12:39+03:00September 1, 2025|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

  • Fiber adds bulk, supports regularity and should be the first step for constipation relief.
  • Magnesium draws water into the intestines, softening stool and promoting bowel movements.
  • Both nutrients can be used safely together, but start with food-based fiber before supplements.

Having regular bowel movements not only keeps your tummy happy, it’s also good for your health. But about 16% of American adults suffer from constipation, an uncomfortable and sometimes painful condition. Two nutrients often recommended for relief are magnesium and fiber, but which should you try first?

Gastroenterologists agree both fiber and magnesium can help, though results vary by person. Fiber is essential—especially if bowel habits fluctuate—and should be the first step. Magnesium may also support regularity, and the two can be used safely together. The consensus: start with fiber from food, then consider magnesium or supplements if relief is still needed.

What’s Fiber?

Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that promotes regular bowel movements, heart health, healthy weight, balanced blood sugar and longevity. “Dietary fiber, both soluble and insoluble, works by adding bulk to the stool and promoting the growth of beneficial gut bacteria,” says David Clarke, M.D. He also notes that fiber works better with good hydration and can support long-term regulation of bowel movements since it is safe for the daily diet.

There are two types of fiber: soluble and insoluble. Soluble fiber absorbs water and forms a gel as it passes through the digestive tract, making it easier to poop. Insoluble fiber does not absorb water, but rather, adds bulk to the stool and makes it easier to pass.

Health and nutrition experts recommend eating 28 to 34 grams of fiber per day. However, there are no set recommendations for the amount of insoluble and soluble fiber you should have each day. Eating plenty of plant foods, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, beans, peas and whole grains, will provide a mix of fibers that can help keep you healthy—and regular.

Fiber is supposed to ease digestive woes, but it can also cause some GI issues. “The most common side effect of fiber supplementation is gas and bloating, but not everyone will experience this,” says Brisas Truncali, M.D. One thing that will help as you increase fiber intake is to drink plenty of water, she says. To boost your fiber intake, focus on increasing your food sources of fiber before starting a fiber supplement.

What’s Magnesium?

Magnesium is a mineral present in many foods. In the body, magnesium plays a role in protein synthesis, muscle and nerve function, blood glucose control, blood pressure regulation, energy production, bone development, DNA synthesis, nerve function, muscle contraction and normal heart rhythm. If that seems like a lot, it’s because magnesium is involved in hundreds of reactions in the body. In other words, magnesium is important for many bodily processes, including helping you poop.

“Magnesium, particularly in forms like magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide, works by drawing water into the intestines, which softens the stool and stimulates bowel movements,” says Clarke.

In addition, magnesium relaxes the digestive muscles, which can also help promote bowel movements, says Harold G. Tepler, M.D.

Magnesium is found in many foods, such as pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almonds, spinach, cashews, peanuts and soy milk. Eating enough magnesium is important for bowel regularity, but most studies on constipation look at supplemental magnesium, says Truncali. Although there are many different types of magnesium sold as supplements, “magnesium oxide is the only formulation that has been studied sufficiently for chronic constipation, ” she says.

Magnesium is a recommended daily mineral, which is safe for healthy individuals. However, “if someone has a heart condition or kidney disease, they should speak with their providers before starting a magnesium supplement of any kind,” adds Truncali.

Although magnesium supplements can act as a natural laxative for chronic constipation, says Tepler, using magnesium for extended periods of time for this purpose can cause side effects, such as dehydration, nutritional deficits and weight loss.

Is One Better?

All three doctors agree that both magnesium and fiber can relieve constipation, but it is difficult to know what will be effective for whom and to what degree. “Fiber should never be ignored, especially if you experience a constant fluctuation in your bowel movements,” says Tepler.

“Magnesium and fiber are safe to use together and may cause a more robust response than each on its own, but one does not make the other more effective,” says Truncali. Start with boosting your fiber intake via food then move on to a possible magnesium and/or fiber supplementation if you do not experience relief.

If your efforts don’t bring relief, reach out to a healthcare provider. They can look for underlying causes—like medications or medical conditions—and help create a treatment plan.

Other Strategies

Many lifestyle factors contribute to regular bowel movements, such as hydration, exercise and stress management, so it may be worth reevaluating how your overall lifestyle might be contributing to your regularity. Find ways to de-stress, change up your hydration with lemon, cucumber and mint infused water and consider how you might enjoy some movement throughout the day. To increase your intake of important nutrients—including magnesium and fiber—focus on simple recipes with plenty of plant-based ingredients, such as smoothies, soups, salads and casseroles.

Our Expert Take

Both fiber and magnesium are important nutrients for digestive and overall health. Focusing on consuming fiber or magnesium may help alleviate constipation, and you may want to try boosting your intake of fiber-containing foods first, then add a magnesium and/or fiber supplement if needed. Still, gastroenterologists agree supplementation recommendations depend on the person and their unique case. Speak with a health care provider to figure out if you should use any kind of magnesium or fiber supplementation for constipation.

Solana Price Prediction: Analysts Give This Cycle Top SOL Forecasts and Discuss the Best Meme Coin to Buy Now

By |2025-09-01T17:11:23+03:00September 1, 2025|Crypto News, News|0 Comments

The crypto market is buzzing with activity, and the latest Solana price prediction has analysts forecasting impressive new highs for SOL this cycle. But while the established powerhouse captures headlines, a different kind of opportunity is generating serious excitement among savvy investors. They’re looking for the next wave of explosive growth, and many believe they’ve found it in Layer Brett ($LBRETT), a project that is quickly earning the title of the best meme coin to buy now.

Breaking down the bullish Solana price prediction

There’s no doubt that Solana is a force to be reckoned with. Its high-speed blockchain, thriving ecosystem, and strong community support are why many analysts remain incredibly bullish on its future. Forecasts for SOL reaching new all-time highs are common, and for many investors, it represents a relatively safe bet in the volatile crypto market.

However, the very size and success of SOL also mean that its days of delivering life-changing 100x returns are likely in the past. For an asset with a multi-billion dollar market cap, growth becomes more incremental. This reality is pushing investors who are chasing exponential gains to look towards emerging low-cap gems with a much higher ceiling for growth.

Why Layer Brett is the best meme coin to buy now

This is where Layer Brett enters the conversation, not just as another memecoin, but as a strategic alternative for high-growth portfolios. While the Solana price prediction is promising, Layer Brett offers a ground-floor opportunity through its ongoing crypto presale. It represents the chance to get in on a project before it hits the mainstream, a strategy that has created countless crypto millionaires.

What makes it the best meme coin to buy now? It’s a project that fuses the viral, community-driven energy of a meme token with the powerful, real-world utility of an Ethereum Layer 2 network. It’s not just hype; it’s a high-performance blockchain designed to solve the critical issues of speed and cost that have plagued the Ethereum mainnet for years. This is the next evolution of meme-powered crypto.

The technology behind the hype: What makes $LBRETT different?

Unlike first-generation memecoins that were all bark and no bite, Layer Brett is built for performance. As an Ethereum Layer 2, it processes transactions at lightning speed while slashing gas fees to a fraction of a cent. This technical superiority gives it a significant edge, creating a seamless and affordable experience for users.

The project’s ecosystem is designed to reward its community from day one. Early investors in the crypto presale can acquire $LBRETT for just $0.0053 and immediately stake their tokens to earn a massive 1,230% APY. This incredible incentive is backed by a transparent tokenomics model that allocates 25% of the total supply to staking rewards. Furthermore, a $1 million giveaway is planned to supercharge community engagement and growth.

While the future looks bright for SOL, the opportunity for truly explosive returns lies with projects like Layer Brett. It combines a low entry point, superior technology, and a powerful incentive structure to create the perfect storm for a breakout performance. The presale window is limited, and the chance to secure $LBRETT at its lowest price while accessing a stunning APY is quickly slipping away.

Get in now to stake, earn massive rewards, and ride what could be the most scalable meme project ever to launch on Ethereum Layer 2.

Tomó años recibir un diagnóstico y tratamiento de pólipos nasales

By |2025-09-01T17:06:51+03:00September 1, 2025|Fitness News, News|0 Comments

English

Empecé a tomar corticosteroides otra vez.

Rallies After Initial Drop (Video)

By |2025-09-01T15:13:29+03:00September 1, 2025|Forex News, News|0 Comments

  • The British pound initially fell during the trading session on Friday, but it looks like the 50-day EMA is in fact going to give it a little bit of support.
  • This probably shouldn’t be too much of a surprise because where does the strength in the British pound come from? It comes from America.
  • So, the biggest thing here, I think, is the fact that US traders think that the US dollar falling is a good thing.

They are focusing on the fact that PCE numbers came out as expected. So, everybody still expects to see the Federal Reserve cut rates. Now, while that may be true, the reality is that the US dollar hasn’t exactly imploded since we got confirmation by the Fed that they’re at least thinking about cutting rates.

In fact, the massive candlestick from last week that was a result of this ended up closing right about where we are now. So, in other words, we’ve bounced around and not really gotten anywhere. Because of this, I think you have a situation where traders are looking at this through the prism of a market that is somewhat lost and confused, but it is trying to sort itself out. The 1.36 level above, I believe, is a significant resistance barrier, while the 1.34 level below is significant support.

We are Lost

In the meantime, this is a market that is just simply trying to figure out where to go longer term. The fact that we are sideways at this point doesn’t surprise me at all, mainly due to the fact that we are at the end of vacation season and a lot of institutional volume probably isn’t there. Once we break out of this 200 point range, the implied move is 200 points either higher or lower, which means if we were to drop to the downside, we would go hunting for the 200 day EMA.

If we break out to the upside, you’d be looking at the 1.38 level, which was an area of resistance during the previous massive swing high. So, I think it all lines up quite nicely. But right now, this is a market that doesn’t know where it wants to go.

Magnesium Supplements Crash Course: Benefits and Side Effects

By |2025-09-01T15:11:58+03:00September 1, 2025|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

Suddenly, everyone is obsessed with magnesium supplements. It’s the key ingredient in #sleepygirlmocktails, powders stirred into tart cherry juice and prebiotic soda, a wellness cocktail for anxious millennials. Your coworkers are popping magnesium glycinate before bed instead of melatonin, because it allegedly cures insomnia, constipation, and existential dread. Folks seem especially concerned with optimizing their poop and pillow time. In the past year, Google searches for “which magnesium is best for sleep” and “which magnesium makes you poop” have more than doubled.

Magnesium is essential for maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system. It’s also one of the most abundant minerals in the human body, running more than 300 biochemical reactions, from protein synthesis to nerve function and blood sugar regulation. It supports bone structure and helps shuttle calcium and potassium across cell membranes, a process that allows for muscle contractions and normal heart rhythms.

You can get it from foods like legumes, leafy vegetables, and whole grains, or from fortified foods and dietary supplements. The question is: Do you need to supplement?

TikTok content

This content can also be viewed on the site it originates from.

Symptoms of Magnesium Deficiency

While an essential mineral for overall health, many people don’t get enough magnesium. This is partly because magnesium is predominantly found in high-fiber foods, and a significant portion of Americans do not consume sufficient fiber, according to registered dietitian Sue-Ellen Anderson-Haynes. Research confirms this: More than 90 percent of women and 97 percent of men fail to meet the recommended daily intake for dietary fiber.

Older adults are particularly at risk, as the body’s ability to absorb magnesium decreases with age. Health conditions like Crohn’s disease or kidney disease, alcohol use disorder, and the use of diuretics can all lead to magnesium depletion.

Anderson-Haynes notes that a magnesium deficiency (also known as hypomagnesemia) can result in a range of symptoms, such as headaches, nausea, constipation, tremors, heart palpitations, and muscle soreness. Chronic magnesium deficiency can increase the risk of developing high blood pressure, osteoporosis, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes.

Benefits of Magnesium Supplements

There are several forms of magnesium supplements, including:

  • Magnesium citrate: Often taken as a remedy for occasional constipation.
  • Magnesium glycinate: Often taken for better sleep and reduced anxiety.
  • Magnesium oxide: Often taken for constipation or indigestion.
  • Magnesium l-threonate: Often taken for better sleep, cognitive function, and reduced stress.
  • Magnesium chloride: Often taken as an electrolyte replenisher and for its laxative effect.

Supplements are most useful for people with a confirmed deficiency, but early research suggests possible benefits for specific conditions, including migraines, insomnia, and cardiovascular disease.

“It’s really overlooked that magnesium can help with menstrual cycle irregularity in terms of making sure that you’re not having severe cramping,” says Anderson-Haynes, who adds it may also benefit women in perimenopause and menopause. Clinically, it may be part of the treatment for pregnancy complications like preeclampsia and eclampsia.

Can You Take Too Much?

The recommended dietary allowance is 320 milligrams per day for women and 420 milligrams per day for men. These are amounts most people can reach with a balanced diet; healthy kidneys regulate magnesium levels, excreting excess when magnesium intake is high and conserving it when it’s low.

Daily supplements under 350 milligrams are generally considered safe for healthy adults. “If you take too much magnesium, you’ll probably get diarrhea, because it loosens the bowels,” Anderson-Haynes says. Other side effects include nausea, gastrointestinal discomfort, and, at very high levels of magnesium (usually from overusing laxatives or antacids), low blood pressure, muscle cramps, breathing problems, and, in rare cases, cardiac arrest. People with kidney disease are at the highest risk of toxicity.

Should You Supplement?

For most healthy adults, magnesium supplements aren’t essential. If you struggle with migraines, insomnia, or other conditions where research suggests health benefits, they may be worth trying—but first talk to a health care professional.

Otherwise, focus on magnesium-rich foods. These include but are not limited to: legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas), leafy greens (artichokes, kale, spinach), whole grains (oats, barley, quinoa), nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts), fruit (bananas, avocado, dried apricots), and soy products (tofu, soy milk, edamame).

If you do decide to take any dietary supplements, “look for a seal or certification that says GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or NSF,” says Anderson-Haynes, stressing the importance of third-party tests and verifications, considering the FDA doesn’t regulate dietary supplements in the US.

BTC/USD Forecast Today 01/09: Continues to Drop (Video)

By |2025-09-01T15:09:47+03:00September 1, 2025|Crypto News, News|0 Comments

  • The Bitcoin market has fallen pretty significantly during the trading session here on Friday, as we are now below the $110,000 level again.
  • This is not a good look, although I’m not necessarily looking at this through the prism of shorting yet, but this is not good.
  • A lack of volume certainly doesn’t help, and if we break down from here, we could go looking for the 200 day EMA near the $104,000 level.

Anything below there opens up a bigger drop toward the $100,000 level, which of course would be a previous support level and an area that I think a lot of people suddenly get interested in. The biggest problem is of course that the overall risk appetite right now is just not good.

We NEED Momentum

So, with that being said, I think you have to look at this as a market that you need to see pick up a little bit of momentum to the upside before you start buying. I don’t know if I would short it, but I certainly wouldn’t be piling in right here considering that we have returned to this level yet again. Longer term, I do think Bitcoin not only comes back to the $120,000 level, but it probably goes much higher than that.

But in the short term, I think we’ve got a situation where you are just waiting to see some type of V pattern, if you will, that you can start buying. So, with that being said, this is a market that has not given you that signal yet. So, a little bit of patience probably goes a long way.

Keep in mind that the NASDAQ 100 and Bitcoin tend to move in the same overall direction, and with that being the case, you have to recognize that we’re in an environment right now where everybody seems to be running for cover. And as long as that’s the case, I don’t think Bitcoin does well.

Binance has announced three new USDC pairs set to launch in 2025, showcasing its continued support for innovative and high-demand projects across the cryptocurrency ecosystem. These upcoming listings include Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER), Best Wallet Token (BEST), and Solaxy (SOLX), each of which is positioned to address critical pain points in the blockchain and DeFi sectors while offering unique utility and growth potential.

Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER), a Bitcoin Layer 2 solution, is designed to enhance transaction speed and reduce costs on the Bitcoin network by leveraging Solana’s Virtual Machine (SVM). This hybrid approach enables fast, low-cost Bitcoin transactions and supports the development of Bitcoin-native DeFi applications. The project has raised over $10.5 million in its presale and offers a staking APY of 105%. HYPER’s integration of ZK-proofs for transaction security, combined with third-party audits, aligns with Binance’s emphasis on innovation and compliance.

Best Wallet Token (BEST) powers the Best Wallet ecosystem, a multi-chain, non-custodial wallet platform offering cross-chain transactions, integrated DEX functionality, and a presale aggregator. BEST token holders benefit from reduced fees, staking rewards, and governance rights. The token has raised $14.97 million in its presale and offers a staking APY of up to 90%. Best Wallet’s growing user base, combined with features such as decentralized wallet recovery and a cashback-enabled crypto card, positions it as a strong candidate for Binance inclusion.

Solaxy (SOLX), a Layer 2 network for the Solana blockchain, aims to address scalability and reliability issues by providing an off-chain transaction verification system. The project has raised over $55 million in its presale and offers a staking APY of 105%. Solaxy’s cross-chain compatibility and focus on improving Solana’s transactional infrastructure align with Binance’s criteria for scalable and innovative projects.

Binance’s listing process remains selective, with a focus on projects that demonstrate strong utility, innovation, and community engagement. These three tokens meet key criteria, including robust development teams, clear use cases, and regulatory compliance. Their inclusion on Binance is expected to drive liquidity and market exposure, potentially leading to significant price appreciation following the listing.

The addition of HYPER, BEST, and SOLX underscores Binance’s commitment to supporting projects that contribute to the broader adoption of blockchain technology. By listing these tokens, Binance not only enhances its platform’s utility but also aligns with the evolving demands of the crypto market, particularly in the DeFi and Layer 2 innovation spaces.

The (silver) price expanded its gains in its last intraday trading, breaching $40.10 resistance, which represents a target in our previous forecast, amid the dominance of the main bullish trend on the short-term basis and its trading alongside main and minor bias line that reinforce the stability of this trend, especially with the continuation of the positive support that comes from its trading above EMA50, with the emergence of the positive signals on the (RSI), despite reaching overbought levels, which might obstacle the continuation of the upside moves on the intraday basis, due to the neediness to offload some of the overbought conditions.
