What Is Synaptigen and How Does It Work?

Synaptigen is a dietary supplement formulated to support cognitive performance, memory, and overall brain health. Unlike stimulants that provide short bursts of focus, Synaptigen is designed to nourish the brain with nutrients that promote long-term support for mental clarity, resilience, and healthy aging.

At its core, Synaptigen emphasizes natural compounds believed to enhance neuronal communication and protect against oxidative stress. In simple terms, the supplement is built to do more than just sharpen concentration for a few hours-it aims to support the brain’s underlying health so that memory, focus, and learning capacity remain strong over time.

  1. Supports Synaptic Function: Healthy synapses (the communication points between neurons) are essential for memory and focus. Synaptigen’s ingredients are targeted at maintaining synaptic efficiency, which is critical for learning and recall.

  2. Boosts Cognitive Energy: The brain requires a constant supply of energy to function at its best. Synaptigen includes nutrients that help fuel mental energy without the jitters or crash associated with caffeine-heavy products.

  3. Protects Against Oxidative Stress: Modern lifestyles expose the brain to free radicals and stressors that can accelerate cognitive decline. Antioxidant compounds in Synaptigen may help reduce this burden, supporting long-term brain health.

  4. Enhances Neuroplasticity: The ability of the brain to adapt, form new connections, and recover from stress is central to lifelong learning. Synaptigen’s formula is designed with neuroplasticity in mind, helping the brain stay agile in an ever-changing world.

Who Is Synaptigen For?

  • Students seeking sharper learning and memory retention.

  • Professionals managing high-stakes decision-making and focus-heavy workloads.

  • Older adults concerned about maintaining mental clarity and protecting cognitive function.

  • Everyday users who want to safeguard their brain health as part of a wellness lifestyle.

By focusing on both immediate mental clarity and long-term brain protection, Synaptigen positions itself as more than just a “productivity booster”-it’s a supplement designed for sustainable cognitive wellness.

Understanding what a supplement does is important, but knowing how to integrate it into daily life is what turns interest into results. Synaptigen is designed to be flexible enough for students, professionals, and older adults, meaning it can adapt to different schedules and goals.

Suggested Use and Dosage

  • Daily consistency matters: Like most dietary supplements, Synaptigen works best when taken consistently, rather than sporadically.

  • Typical dosage: The product is generally formulated for once or twice daily use, depending on the serving size provided on the official label. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Best timing: Many users prefer to take Synaptigen in the morning to support daytime focus and energy. Others take it alongside meals to aid with absorption and avoid stomach discomfort.

Disclaimer: Always consult your healthcare provider before adding Synaptigen or any supplement to your regimen, especially if you are taking prescription medications or managing a health condition.

Incorporating Synaptigen Into Daily Routines

Business and Productivity Applications

Synaptigen is not just a wellness supplement-it’s also marketed as a tool for professionals who need peak cognitive performance. In business settings, better focus, faster problem-solving, and reduced mental fatigue can translate into measurable productivity gains. Companies increasingly recognize the role of brain health in workplace performance, making supplements like Synaptigen part of broader wellness strategies.

By offering clear guidelines for use and positioning itself as a versatile daily support tool, Synaptigen makes it easy for consumers to see how it fits into their unique lifestyle or professional routine.

Expert Insights and Industry Research on Brain Health Supplements

The credibility of any supplement depends heavily on how well it aligns with scientific evidence and expert consensus. In recent years, research into brain health has accelerated, revealing how nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation can contribute to cognitive performance and long-term neurological resilience.

Industry Trends in Cognitive Research

  • Neuroprotection focus: Studies highlight the role of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds in reducing oxidative stress, which is closely linked to age-related cognitive decline.

  • Synaptic health emphasis: Research shows that supporting synaptic density and function is key for maintaining memory and learning capacity throughout life.

  • Nutritional psychiatry: A growing field connecting diet, supplementation, and mental wellness, reinforcing that nutrients can influence mood and cognitive function.

  • Preventive strategies: Experts stress that the earlier individuals adopt brain-supporting habits, the greater the potential for long-term benefits.

Expert Perspectives on Supplements Like Synaptigen

Neurologists and nutritional scientists often point out that while no supplement can replace healthy sleep, stress management, or a balanced diet, targeted formulations can provide an additional layer of support. Supplements designed with neuroprotection and synaptic function in mind may help users stay mentally sharp and resilient in demanding environments.

Synaptigen aligns with this trend by emphasizing compounds aimed at memory, focus, and neuroprotection. While it avoids making overt medical claims, the design of its formulation echoes current scientific thinking: that proactive brain care is just as important as cardiovascular or metabolic health.

Why 2025 Is a Turning Point

The global brain health supplement industry has surpassed billions in annual revenue, reflecting both rising demand and evolving consumer trust. As more clinical research validates the impact of nutritional interventions on brain health, products like Synaptigen are increasingly viewed not as fringe alternatives but as legitimate tools within the broader wellness market.

In this context, Synaptigen stands positioned as a supplement that resonates with both consumer priorities and expert insights-focusing on natural, research-informed strategies to support cognitive wellness.

Success Stories, Testimonials, and User Experiences with Synaptigen Reviews

One of the most powerful ways to evaluate a supplement is by listening to the individuals who use it daily. While scientific research lays the foundation, personal experiences reveal how a product performs in the real world.

Reported Benefits from Users

Consumers who have incorporated Synaptigen into their routines often highlight several recurring themes:

  • Improved mental clarity: Many users note that they feel sharper and more focused during demanding tasks such as studying, working, or problem-solving.

  • Stronger memory retention: Some report an easier time recalling information, whether for professional presentations or academic learning.

  • Sustained energy without jitters: Unlike stimulant-heavy alternatives, Synaptigen appears to provide a more balanced, steady mental boost.

  • Daily wellness support: Users often describe Synaptigen as part of a broader wellness strategy, noting subtle but noticeable improvements in day-to-day productivity and mood.

Testimonials and Success Stories

  • Students share that Synaptigen helps them remain attentive during long study hours and exams.

  • Professionals report that it contributes to clearer thinking during high-stakes projects and meetings.

  • Older adults highlight that it provides reassurance for long-term brain health while offering day-to-day support for memory.

Why Testimonials Matter in 2025

With the supplement industry expanding rapidly, consumers are more skeptical than ever. Real-world stories offer reassurance that Synaptigen is being used by people across diverse lifestyles and goals. While experiences may vary, the consistent mention of focus, clarity, and balance underscores the supplement’s appeal.

Disclaimer: Individual results with Synaptigen may vary. User testimonials are subjective experiences and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.

Comparing Brain Health Supplements vs Alternatives in 2025

When evaluating cognitive support, consumers today face an overwhelming range of choices-from pharmaceutical options to herbal remedies, from quick-fix stimulants to long-term nutritional supplements. Understanding where Synaptigen fits requires looking at how it compares to the most common alternatives.

Stimulant-Based Solutions

Products heavy in caffeine or synthetic stimulants often deliver an immediate boost in focus and alertness. However, they can lead to jitteriness, dependency, and an inevitable “crash” once the effects wear off. Unlike these short-term solutions, Synaptigen is formulated to provide steady, sustained support without overstimulation.

Synthetic Nootropics

Laboratory-designed nootropics sometimes promise enhanced cognitive performance but may come with unclear safety profiles, limited research, or potential side effects. Synaptigen, by contrast, emphasizes natural compounds that have been studied for their role in supporting synaptic health and long-term brain wellness.

Pharmaceutical Options

Certain prescription medications are used for cognitive support in clinical contexts. While effective in specific cases, they are not designed for general wellness use and may carry risks if taken outside medical supervision. Synaptigen positions itself as a supplement, not a drug-making it more accessible for individuals seeking non-prescription brain support.

Traditional Herbal Remedies

Herbal remedies such as ginkgo biloba or bacopa monnieri have a long history of use in brain health. While some users benefit from them, Synaptigen aims to combine the strengths of natural compounds in a modern, research-informed formula designed for today’s cognitive demands.

Why Synaptigen Stands Out in 2025

  • Provides sustainable mental clarity without dependency.

  • Balances short-term focus with long-term brain protection.

  • Avoids the risks associated with over-reliance on stimulants or pharmaceuticals.

  • Appeals to a wide range of consumers: students, professionals, and older adults alike.

By occupying a middle ground-leveraging natural ingredients with modern scientific rationale-Synaptigen offers an alternative that is both practical for daily use and aligned with long-term brain health goals.

Safety, Risks, and Responsible Use of Brain Health Supplements

When evaluating any dietary supplement, safety must always come first. Synaptigen is formulated with natural ingredients intended to support brain health, but like all wellness products, it should be used responsibly and with awareness of individual needs.

General Safety Considerations

  • Follow official directions: Always take Synaptigen exactly as indicated on the product label. Exceeding the recommended dosage will not improve results and may increase the risk of side effects.

  • Consult a healthcare provider: Individuals with pre-existing health conditions, those taking prescription medications, pregnant or nursing women, and older adults should consult their doctor before starting any supplement.

  • Allergen awareness: Check the label for potential allergens or compounds that may cause sensitivities.

Potential Risks

While Synaptigen is designed for safety and tolerability, some users may experience mild reactions such as digestive discomfort, headaches, or difficulty sleeping if taken too late in the day. These effects are generally temporary and can be minimized by following usage recommendations.

Responsible Use Guidelines

  • Consistency, not excess: The benefits of brain health supplements typically come from steady, consistent use rather than heavy doses.

  • Lifestyle integration: Supplements should complement, not replace, healthy habits such as proper sleep, balanced nutrition, hydration, and stress management.

  • Avoid dependency mindset: Supplements like Synaptigen should be viewed as supportive tools, not as miracle cures or sole solutions for cognitive health.

Compliance Reminder

Synaptigen is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consumers should rely on medical professionals for personalized care and view supplements as part of a broader wellness strategy.

By maintaining realistic expectations and practicing responsible use, consumers can safely incorporate Synaptigen into their cognitive health routines while minimizing risks.

While Synaptigen can play a central role in supporting focus and memory, its benefits are amplified when combined with daily practices that protect cognitive performance.

Lifestyle Strategies to Enhance Synaptigen’s Benefits

  1. Prioritize Quality Sleep: Deep, restorative sleep is when the brain consolidates memory and repairs itself. Combining Synaptigen with a consistent sleep routine helps maximize focus and clarity during the day.

  2. Adopt a Brain-Healthy Diet: Nutrients from whole foods-such as omega-3 fatty acids, leafy greens, and antioxidant-rich berries-reinforce cognitive health. Supplements work best when paired with a nutrient-dense diet.

  3. Stay Physically Active: Regular exercise increases blood flow to the brain, enhancing oxygen and nutrient delivery. Even simple activities like walking or stretching can help boost cognitive resilience.

  4. Practice Stress Management: Chronic stress accelerates cognitive decline. Mindfulness practices, meditation, and breathing exercises can reduce stress hormones and improve overall mental clarity.

  5. Challenge the Brain Daily: Activities like reading, puzzles, or learning new skills build cognitive reserve and strengthen neuroplasticity. Pairing Synaptigen with mental stimulation helps create long-term brain resilience.

  6. Maintain Consistency with Supplementation: Supplements are not magic pills-they deliver best results when taken consistently over time. Regular use of Synaptigen ensures steady nutrient support for cognitive function.

Why This Matters in 2025

With increased digital overload and information fatigue, consumers are realizing that brain health requires a multi-dimensional approach. Synaptigen offers targeted support, but lasting results come when supplementation is combined with sleep, diet, movement, and stress balance.

Ethereum Price Prediction; Solana Latest News & Which Is Voted As The Top Crypto To Buy Today

By |2025-09-11T01:27:07+03:00September 11, 2025|Crypto News, News|0 Comments

Disclaimer: This is a Press Release provided by a third party who is responsible for the content. Please conduct your own research before taking any action based on the content.

The Ethereum price and Solana both continue to hover near key resistance levels, but neither shows the explosive momentum retail traders are looking for. While ETH trades sideways around $4,300 and SOL wrestles with the $218 barrier, the spotlight has shifted to Layer Brett ($LBRETT). Its presale has already smashed past $3.2 million at a dirt-cheap entry of $0.0055, with early stakers locking in up to over 800% in APY. Voted as one of the top cryptos to buy today, Layer Brett is quickly becoming the viral breakout story of 2025. Here’s why.

Ethereum price review: ETH stuck in a consolidation phase

Ethereum (ETH) is trading near $4,300 and range-bound around its 20-day EMA at $4,350. This signals indecision between buyers and sellers.

A break below $4,060 could spark profit-taking and drag Ethereum prices toward $3,745. Bulls need a decisive close above $4,500 to regain control. That would open the door to a retest of $4,956 resistance and an open path toward $5,500.

Ethereum prices are in a state of consolidation, waiting for a catalyst. While it may grind higher, ETH’s size makes parabolic upside unlikely. It’s great for long-term holders, but not for traders chasing real gains.

Solana latest news: Is a run to $260 in the works?

Solana (SOL) is trading around $213 after bouncing from $201. Bulls are buying dips and trying to force a breakout above $218. If they succeed, SOL would complete a bullish ascending triangle, setting up a push toward $260.

But sellers are holding the line at $218. If they manage to reverse momentum and drag the price under the 50-day SMA at $189, Solana could slip to $175. This tug-of-war has left Solana caught between bullish hopes and bearish risks.

Layer Brett: Ethereum Layer 2 scalability meets memecoin virality

While Ethereum and Solana battle resistance levels, Layer Brett is rewriting the script with unstoppable presale momentum. Already breaking past $3.2 million raised, Layer Brett is proving that traders are rushing in early to secure tokens before launch.

What sets Layer Brett apart is utility and rewards. Built as an Ethereum Layer 2 scalability solution, it combines meme coin energy with real core Ethereum infrastructure enabling lightning-fast transactions, ultra-low fees, and a community-first ecosystem. Best of all, staking yields remain around 800% APY, giving early adopters the chance to multiply holdings at a pace ETH and SOL simply can’t match.

Layer Brett isn’t just another meme coin cashing in on cultural trends. It’s the parabolic presale play tipped to become the next 100x meme coin in 2025. With cultural momentum and real Ethereum Layer 2 scalability muscle, it’s just a matter of time before it goes parabolic.

Top crypto to buy today: Layer Brett takes the cake

With $3.2M raised, APYs near 800%, and tokens priced at just $0.0055, Layer Brett is the viral presale investors are voting as the top crypto to buy today. Don’t wait for ETH or SOL to grind higher. Lock in your gains for the year and get in on the Layer Brett presale while you can.

LBRETT is available now at $0.0055. Don’t miss out on the next 100x—join the Layer Brett presale today.

XAU/USD in wait-and-see mode near record highs

By |2025-09-10T23:33:48+03:00September 10, 2025|Forex News, News|0 Comments

XAU/USD Current price: $3,643.25

  • The United States Producer Price Index was softer-than-anticipated in August.
  • The US will release the August Consumer Price Index on Thursday.
  • XAU/USD holds within familiar levels ahead of US first-tier figures.

Spot Gold saw little action throughout Wednesday, with the XAU/USD pair stuck below the $3,650. The bright metal started the day with a soft tone amid broad US Dollar (USD) demand, but found an intraday bottom at $3,620.48. The USD lost ground early in the American session, although price action across the FX board remains limited ahead of the release of first-tier data, which can affect the Federal Reserve (Fed) monetary policy decision, scheduled for release next week.

The United States (US) published the August Producer Price Index (PPI), which showed that annualized inflation at producers’ levels rose by 2.6%, down from the 3.3% posted in July. The core annual figure printed at 2.8%, easing from a revised 3.4% previously, while on a monthly basis, the PPI declined by 0.1%. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the same month is scheduled for release on Thursday.

The figures were below expected, and quickly triggered comments from US President Donald Trump: “Just out: No Inflation!!! “Too Late” must lower the RATE, BIG, right now. Powell is a total disaster, who doesn’t have a clue!!! President DJT,” Trump shared on Truth Social.

Other than that, President Trump suffered a setback, as a US court allowed Fed’s official, Lisa Cook, to continue operating as a member of the Board. Trump “fired” Cook over fraud allegations, but Cook appealed the decision and so far, retains her seat.

Also, the Labor Department’s Office of Inspector General said it is reviewing the “challenges” that the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) is facing in its data-collection efforts. Trump fired the BLS’s former head following the weak July monthly job report after claiming the numbers were wrong. Trump is quite unhappy with the large downward revisions to new jobs estimates.

XAU/USD short-term technical outlook

From a technical point of view, XAU/USD has to extend its advance. In the daily chart, the pair develops well above its moving averages, with a bullish 20 Simple Moving Average (SMA) accelerating north above the longer ones. At the same time, technical indicators ticked higher after a modest downward correction, still within extreme overbought levels.

In the near term, and according to the 4-hour chart, XAU/USD entered a consolidative phase, yet the risk remains skewed to the upside. The bright metal trades well above all its moving averages, with a bullish 20 SMA providing near-term support at around $3,625. The 100 and 200 SMAs also advance, yet far below the shorter one. Technical indicators have turned south within positive levels, reflecting the lack of upward momentum rather than hinting at an upcoming slide.

US herbal supplements sales hit a record $13.2 billion in 2024

By |2025-09-10T23:27:47+03:00September 10, 2025|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

The growth corresponded to an additional consumer spend of $680 million year-on-year. This growth was lower than the average annual increases of 8.2% from 2015 to 2019 but represents the second consecutive year of growth following a 1.9% contraction in 2022, following the COVID-19 pandemic.

“After a rare sales decline in 2022 and modest growth in 2023, the 5.4% increase in herbal supplement sales in 2024 suggests the market may be returning to steady, sustainable growth,” said Tyler Smith, managing editor of HerbalGram and lead author on ABC’s annual Herb Market Reports since 2014.

“Strong sales of supplements marketed for cardiovascular and cognitive health reflect ongoing consumer interest in healthy aging, while rising interest in versatile ingredients like algae and mushrooms shows how convenience and broad wellness appeal are shaping purchasing decisions.”

The 2024 Herb Market Report, which is published in HerbalGram #144 is based on U.S. retail sales data provided by Chicago-based SPINS* and Colorado-based Nutrition Business Journal (NBJ)**. The sales figures for individual herbs and fungi discussed in the Herb Market Report reflect sales of herbal dietary supplements in which the particular herbal or fungal substance (or derivative thereof) is the primary ingredient.

Top performers in the mainstream channel

For the third year in a row, psyllium maintained the top spot in the mainstream channel with $289.5 million in sales in 2024, representing a 2.3% decline from 2023.

Despite a 21% decrease in sales year-on-year, elder (Sambucus nigra and S. canadensis, Viburnaceae) berry maintained the number two spot with almost $145.2 million in sales. This was the second year in a row with declines of over 20% for elder berry.

Rounding out the top five were ashwagandha ($144.5 million, 13.8% growth year-on-year) turmeric ($141.8 million, 2.9% decline) and beet root ($117 million, 67.7% growth).

The highest growth in the mainstream channel came from “mushrooms (other)”—a category that includes sales of mushroom and other fungal supplements not tracked separately by SPINS. It entered the mainstream channel’s top 40 list for the first time in 2024 after a 76% sales increase.

Other high growth herbs included rhubarb ($12.8 million, 29.7% growth) and St. John’s wort ($32.8 million, 24% growth). Ginkgo recorded the sharpest sales decline, dropping 30.4% year-on-year and yielding $15.8 million in sales.

“This decrease is primarily due to a change in SPINS’ private label coding,” the report’s authors states. “However, several other factors may have contributed to the decline in ginkgo sales, including normalizing market conditions and shifts in consumer attitudes.”

“A larger-than-normal sales increase in 2023 suggests that the drop in 2024 may be a simple market correction,” they wrote, adding that the herb may also be losing relevance for consumers who are increasingly seeking alternatives like some mushrooms and ashwagandha.

Sales of ashwagandha grew by 13.8% and 6% in the mass and natural channels, respectively, for a combined total of $165.7 million in 2024 (Helin Loik-Tomson/Getty Images)

Turmeric reigns supreme in the natural channel

For the third year in a row, turmeric was the number one selling herb in the U.S. natural expanded channel with $37.1 million in sales in 2024, a slight decrease of 1.7% from 2023.

Number two in the natural channel was “mushrooms (other)”, with $27.6 million in sales in 2024, a 14.4% growth from the previous year. The rest of the top five consisted of CBD ($26.0 million in sales, a decrease of 17% year-on-year), elder berry ($22.8 million in sales, a decrease of 7.8% year-on-year) and ashwagandha ($21.2 million, an increase of 6.0% versus 2023).

The fastest-growing ingredient was “algae (other)”, sales of which increased by an eye-watering 131.7% to $19.5 million in sales. This was linked to growing popularity of “green powders” such as AG1 and so-called superfood blends.

Other herbs with notable sales growth in 2024 included mullein (Verbascum thapsus, 45.1%), moringa (Moringa oleifera, 39.2%), milk thistle (Silybum marianum, 33.9%), rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea, 30.4%) and chaga (Inonotus obliquus, 23.6%).

“Amid political divisions and digital overload, consumers spent a record amount on herbal supplements—not only for stress relief and focus but also to support foundational health needs like cardiovascular and cognitive function, areas with broad, cross-generational relevance,” the report’s authors wrote. “As people continue to seek stability and practical support during uncertain times, herbal products that offer multiple benefits and convenience seem well-positioned to remain cornerstones of the dietary supplements market.”

‘An enduring trend’

“Once again, the ABC Herb Market Report documents in great detail the almost consistent increase in consumer demand for herbal dietary supplements,” said ABC Founder and Executive Director Mark Blumenthal.

“As we have shown for over 30 years, a growing body of millions of health-conscious consumers has indicated strong interest in safe, natural and beneficial herbal supplements for an expanding range of health conditions. This is an enduring trend, not a fad. Herbal medicine and herbal dietary supplements have become an important component of informed self-care.”

* SPINS data is derived from sales in the mainstream and natural channels: The mainstream channel (i.e., the multi-outlet channel powered by Circana [previously IRI]) includes grocery stores, drug stores and mass merchandisers such as club, dollar and military stores. The natural channel includes co-ops, associations, independent retailers and large regional chains (excluding Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe’s).

Confirming the institutional demand catalyst, Dogecoin market performance on Wednesday, shows trading volume declined by 38% intraday, while prices climbed 2.4%, according to CoinMarketCap data. This confirms that the rally is being driven by large-sized demand from a few participants, while retail activity has dipped, leading to the decline in aggregate Dogecoin trading activity at press time.

Dogecoin Price Forecast: Can the 50-Day Triangle Breakout Extend Gains to $0.29?

Dogecoin’s latest rally shows a clean push above the 20-day Bollinger midline at $0.223, indicating active buyer dominance despite a dip in aggregate trading volumes.

The RSI reading at 61 suggests moderate bullish strength without tipping into overbought territory, leaving room for further gains. However, DOGE price still remains capped below the Bollinger upper band at $0.246, confirming immediate resistance as market participation weakens.

In terms of price projection, a triangle pattern on the DOGEUSD daily chart points toward a $0.29 target, marking a potential 20% upside, if the retail momentum returns and whale demand persists in anticipation of the imminent ETF decisions.

On the downside, if DOGE fails to hold above the breakout line near $0.22, momentum could fade back into consolidation. A slip below the $0.20 level would invalidate the bullish outlook, returning price action to pre-breakout ranges.

Maxi Doge Presale Gains Momentum as Dogecoin Whale Demand Sparks Speculative Interest

With Dogecoin price flashing a bullish 50-day triangle formation, speculative demand is also flowing into meme-driven projects like Maxi Doge (MAXIDOGE). The new token is attracting attention from traders chasing high-risk, high-reward narratives that echo Dogecoin’s early growth trajectory.

Maxi Doge Presale

Currently priced at $0.000256, the Maxi Doge presale has already raised more than $2 million of its $2.6 million target. Investors still have the opportunity to secure MAXIDOGE tokens through the official site before the next presale price level is unlocked.

I Was Told I Was Too Young to Have Endometrial Cancer

By |2025-09-10T23:13:49+03:00September 10, 2025|Fitness News, News|0 Comments

As told to Shannon Shelton Miller

September is Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month.

I was at work in February 2019 when my OB-GYN called me and asked if I could step away for a moment.

“I’d rather not do this over the phone, but it’s pretty serious,” she said. “You have endometrial cancer, stage 1, and I’m going to refer you to an oncologist.”

I was in shock. I was just 24, and while I’d experienced issues for most of my teenage and young adult years related to my reproductive cycle, I never imagined I’d be diagnosed with cancer.

Since high school, I’d always had irregular periods, sometimes lasting 10-12 days. In college, I started experiencing excessive weight gain, acne and facial hair. After seeing a campus doctor and my primary care physician, I still only received the standard advice to lose weight and change my diet. I tried to explain that my eating habits hadn’t changed, but I still kept gaining weight and didn’t know what to do.

Finally I saw a new OB-GYN near my home in Richmond, Virginia, who asked more questions about my symptoms. She told me these were common signs of polycystic ovarian syndrome, or PCOS. I was happy to have an answer but wondered why someone didn’t suggest that two to three years earlier.

I remember her telling me PCOS couldn’t be cured, so in my mind, there wasn’t a reason to do much research about it. I guessed I was supposed to just manage it, but I wasn’t given any action steps about ways to lose weight or address any symptoms, other than considering birth control. I’d been on birth control before and didn’t like how it made my body feel, so I decided against it.

A year later, my symptoms became more severe. I was bloated for months and the heavy bleeding started again. In late December 2018, I wanted to go back to the provider who diagnosed me with PCOS, but she was out of the office for the holidays. I saw another doctor, a white male, for about five minutes. I felt he glossed over everything I said and didn’t do the ultrasound or other tests I had requested.

“There’s no way you have cancer,” he said. “There’s nothing going on.”

But I knew something wasn’t right. The bloating never went away and I looked like I was pregnant. I called the office again in January and got an appointment with my OB-GYN, who ordered an ultrasound and other tests. When the images came back, she said she was concerned about what she saw and ordered a D&C.

When she called me five days after that appointment, I was at work as a pre-K teacher at an elementary school and went to the teachers’ lounge to talk. The doctor told me I had endometrial cancer, a form of uterine cancer, and she wanted to see if I could see an oncologist that day. I told her I could and called my family. My mom, dad and brother showed up to take me to my appointment.

This is where my real frustration began to kick in. Obviously, I was frustrated with the entire experience, but when the oncologist asked if I’d ever gotten on birth control for my PCOS, he told me that I should have because it could have prevented the cancer from developing. If I’d known this, I would have taken that step, and I also wish I’d known I had PCOS earlier so I could have had more time to take action.

2025 (Photo/Keith Nixon)

Instead, I was being thrown into conversations about the survival rate for endometrial cancer, preserving my fertility and preparing for being under medical surveillance for the rest of my life. It was difficult for me to suddenly think about not ever having children, or hearing that if I was treated and the cancer returned, I’d need a full hysterectomy. My mom also had cancer at the same time, having been diagnosed six months earlier, so we were all having very real conversations about mortality.

The oncologist said I didn’t have to undergo chemotherapy or radiation because I was so young and because my cancer wasn’t at an advanced stage. We did hormone therapy, which consisted of two pills in the morning and two at night. They were very hard on my body — I gained 25 pounds, and I was eating all the time and still hungry. I felt uncomfortable in my own skin.

After my treatment, I would see my oncologist every three months for surveillance to make sure the cancer hadn’t returned. I had to visit often because I was so young with this specific kind of cancer, which is usually diagnosed in menopausal women.

I was determined not to let cancer destroy all of my dreams. The month after my diagnosis, I traveled to Cuba and later went to Joshua Tree National Park. My medical team helped me develop a plan for my life after cancer, from surveillance to preserving fertility for when I’m ready to have kids. In 2020, I froze my eggs in case I need to use them later. Being thoughtful about how I wanted to move forward gave me peace of mind.

Last year I founded the Uterine Care Collaborative, an initiative to educate Black women on uterine cancer, fibroids, endometriosis and PCOS. It’s an online community hub where women can go to learn about these conditions, how to manage them and how to have conversations with the women in your family about your family medical history. My hope is that the Uterine Care Collaborative will become a platform where women can learn and feel comfortable having these potentially lifesaving conversations.

As a public health communicator, my messaging is that self-advocacy is critical, especially for Black women, because we’re up against a system that does not always hear us, see us or include us in the research and the clinical trials. It’s important to say to women “Hey, if you’re experiencing these symptoms, if you have this experience at the doctor’s office, you don’t have to just accept that. Get checked out.” If the answer doesn’t sit well with you, get a second opinion.

I come from a faith background and have always been a very joyful person. I can’t afford to spend the rest of my life worrying about whether my cancer will come back or whether I’ll be bleeding again for eight months or whatever the case may be. Last month, it was really exciting when my oncologist graduated me from surveillance every three months to every six months, but I accept I’m only in control of what I can control.

I’m 31 now, and I know my story is not over. Ultimately, it’s all in God’s hands.

USD/JPY Forecast 10/09: Drops Before Recovering (Chart)

By |2025-09-10T21:31:51+03:00September 10, 2025|Forex News, News|0 Comments

  • The US dollar initially plunged during the trading session on Tuesday, testing the crucial ¥146.50 level.
  • However, we have turned the market back around to show signs of life, and in fact, have broken back above the 50 Day EMA.
  • In other words, it looks like the market is going to try to recover and stay within the previous consolidation area. If we end up forming a hammer, a lot of technical traders will watch that very closely.

Technical Analysis

The technical analysis for this market remains somewhat flat, and we are hanging around the 50 Day EMA. All things being equal, this is a market that I think continues to see the pair dance around in the same consolidation area that we have been in before. The market is of course paying close attention to the Federal Reserve meeting next Thursday, and therefore I think you’ve got a situation where we are in a little bit of a “holding pattern.”

The 50 Day EMA is flat, and then again you have the 200 Day EMA sitting just below the ¥148 level. All things being equal, it does make a certain amount of sense that the market could just kill sometime between now and the September 17 session. Ultimately, I think this is a scenario where we will see quite a bit of choppiness, but I think we still see a lot of buyers on dips, as the market continues to favor the US dollar at least at the end of the day, as the swap is certainly positive.

If we were to break down below the ¥146 level, then we could see this market plunging toward the ¥143 level. If we were to break above the ¥148.50 level, then it’s possible that the market could go looking to the ¥151 level. Ultimately, I do favor the upside but I think the next couple of weeks could be very choppy and sideways overall.

Matcha health warning issued by expert to anyone who takes these medications

By |2025-09-10T21:26:46+03:00September 10, 2025|Dietary Supplements News, News|0 Comments

A health expert and nutritionist has issued a warning about the potential side effects of drinking matcha – especially if you’re taking certain medications.

For those who are unfamiliar with the popular drink, matcha is a green, fine powder made from ground, shade-grown green tea leaves.

Once made into tea, it can be consumed hot or iced and combined with a whole slew of different Instagrammable flavours including blueberry, cinnamon, and banana, to name just a few.

It’s become increasingly popular among Gen Z and Millennials, who are citing the drink’s health benefits as a reason to introduce it into their diet in place of coffee.

People are so obsessed with the green beverage that earlier this year there was a shortage in Japan, meaning that tea companies were forced impose strict purchase limits on consumers, as reported by the Guardian.

However, in recent months, some matcha lovers have been reporting worrying side effects that they think could be due to the drink.

A nutritionist has explained the pro’s and cons of drinking matcha (Getty Stock Image)

One woman who already suffered from anaemia, claimed she was hospitalised after she began noticing side effects such as fatigue, feeling cold and occasional heart palpitations.

She went to the hospital and found that blood examinations revealed her iron levels had dropped by almost half – and she believes matcha is the culprit.

Studies backed by the National Institutes of Health have revealed that green tea, including matcha, can actually hinder the body’s ability to absorb iron from food.

Tyla spoke with Rania Salman, Doctify-rated health expert and nutritionist, on what the link is between matcha and low iron, and whether we’re really at risk of any health issues by indulging in the popular drink.

The food expert has also issued a warning for those taking certain medications, as matcha may be more likely to impact them than other people.

What is the link between matcha and low iron?

Salman explained that like other green teas, matcha contains natural plant compounds called catechins.

She said: “These can reduce how well your body absorbs certain medicines – particularly some blood pressure medicines (like beta blockers), and certain antidepressants.

“Catechins can also bind with non-haem iron from plant foods and supplements, making it harder for the body to absorb.

“Matcha also contains a small amount of vitamin K, which can interfere with the action of blood-thinning medicines such as warfarin if consumed in large quantities.

“For most people on these medications, a small daily amount (around one cup) is unlikely to be a problem, but you should check with your GP or pharmacist before making it a regular habit.”

The catechins in matcha can reduce how well your body absorbs certain medicines - particularly some blood pressure medicines (Getty Stock Image)

She outlined three good rules of thumb when drinking matcha are to:

  • Leave at least an hour between drinking matcha and taking any medication.
  • Avoid suddenly increasing your matcha intake if you’re on long-term prescriptions.
  • If you take iron supplements or are at risk of iron deficiency, have your matcha between meals rather than with food.

Portion size matters

Salman went on to explain that while in some ways it is a healthier alternative to coffee, too much matcha can lead to the same side effects – jitters, a racing heartbeat, anxiety, trouble sleeping, or an upset stomach.

She explained: “Most healthy adults can tolerate up to around 300–400mg of caffeine a day. For matcha, that’s roughly 4–5 cups; for brewed coffee, it’s about 3–4 cups.

“Stronger preparations (for example, using 2 teaspoons of matcha powder) can easily match or exceed the caffeine content of coffee, so portion size matters.”

As long as you're limiting your matcha intake, similarly to coffee, you shouldn't have to worry (Getty Stock Image)

As long as you’re limiting your matcha intake, similarly to coffee, you shouldn’t have to worry (Getty Stock Image)

What are the positives of matcha?

If you’re a die-hard matcha lover, don’t start panicking! The trendy drink still has a whole slew of health benefits and can even help with conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

The nutritionist explained that including the drink alongside a balanced diet and regular exercise may ‘help support metabolism and improve insulin sensitivity, which can indirectly help with some PCOS symptoms’.

She explained: “Just keep expectations realistic—it won’t replace making consistent effort with general nutrition principles and lifestyle.

“Besides that, matcha has a few other benefits worth mentioning. It contains L-theanine, which can promote a sense of calm focus, and it provides a gentle caffeine boost without as much jitteriness as coffee.

“The antioxidants in matcha are also good for general cell health. If you decide to drink matcha regularly, just be mindful of the amount.

“Too much (more than about 2–3 cups a day) can sometimes cause stomach upset, interfere with iron absorption, or make it harder to sleep.

“In short, matcha is a nutritious drink you can enjoy as part of a healthy lifestyle, but it’s not a magic fix for hormonal imbalance or PCOS. Think of it as one supportive piece of a bigger picture—alongside good nutrition, movement, stress management, and any medical care you may need.”

Could ADA Price Top $5?

By |2025-09-10T21:24:54+03:00September 10, 2025|Crypto News, News|0 Comments

Disclaimer: This is a Press Release provided by a third party who is responsible for the content. Please conduct your own research before taking any action based on the content.

The market is buzzing with talk of the latest Cardano price prediction, but a new project is starting to steal the spotlight. Layer Brett, an Ethereum Layer 2 memecoin, is gaining major traction in its presale with tokens priced at just $0.0055 per $LBRETT.

With staking rewards around 812% APY, ultra-low gas fees, and a community-first approach, it’s giving investors a fresh alternative to ADA, which continues to face Layer 1 scalability challenges.

How ADA has performed compared to Layer Brett

ADA is no stranger to market cycles. It hit an all-time high of $3.10 in September 2021, but today it trades closer to $0.85 with long stretches of consolidation. The latest Cardano price prediction reflects mixed sentiment, with some analysts expecting steady gains while others see limited upside.

By contrast, Layer Brett comes with no baggage. It’s entering the market through a crypto presale, giving early buyers access to an asset still in its infancy. At just $0.0055, it’s a classic low cap crypto gem with room for 100x growth.

Why Layer Brett’s design matters

Unlike older meme token projects that thrive on hype, Layer Brett is built as a full Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain. It supports up to 10,000 transactions per second, with average fees around $0.0001, an obvious improvement over congested Layer 1 chains.

Key features include:

  • 812% APY staking rewards in early stages
  • Fixed supply of 10 billion tokens
  • A presale price of $0.0055 per $LBRETT
  • Roadmap with NFTs, gamified staking, and cross-chain features

This foundation makes it more than just another memecoin, it’s a project built for scalability and rewards.

Market sentiment and adoption

The presale has sparked strong engagement, with thousands of buyers already staking $LBRETT. A $1 million giveaway and community-first incentives are adding to the buzz. For many investors, this approach feels refreshing compared to the slower pace of established projects like ADA.

While Cardano price prediction models focus on long-term technical growth, Layer Brett appeals to traders seeking immediate, high-yield opportunities.

Technical picture for ADA and $LBRETT

For ADA, charts show it holding near $0.83–$0.85 with mild bullish signals, but it’s still below key moving averages. That makes the path to $5 uncertain. To get there by 2028, ADA would need consistent ecosystem expansion and favorable market conditions.

Layer Brett, meanwhile, is in presale with tokens at $0.0055, offering early investors a shot at exponential upside. Analysts believe it could climb as high as $0.25 in the next cycle, fueled by Layer 2 scalability and staking rewards around 812% APY.

Price predictions and outlook

The big question: could the Cardano price prediction play out with ADA hitting $5 by 2028? It’s possible, but not guaranteed. Its large market cap makes massive percentage gains harder to achieve.

On the other hand, Layer Brett is built for explosive growth. With its meme energy, Ethereum Layer 2 design, and community engagement, analysts call it a likely candidate for the next 100x altcoin.

Conclusion: Which is the smarter move?

While the Cardano price prediction highlights steady long-term growth, Layer Brett offers something very different. At just $0.0055 and with staking rewards around 812% APY, it’s giving investors the chance to join a project with both meme culture and serious blockchain power.

For those who missed early opportunities with ADA, Layer Brett could be the next big chance.

The presale is live now, but not for long, making timing critical for anyone seeking explosive gains.
