The Šodó Matcha, a playful nod to a Czech sweet, is served with a silky vanilla-rum cream base and finished with two pillowy buns balanced on top. Another standout is the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha, inspired by the Thai dessert, layered with mango and coconut cream and topped with a little sticky rice. There’s no shortage of unique options here.
