Natural sweeteners that can be added to your iced tea
Ankita Poojari, director of Kyma, Shiv Sagar Foods & Resorts Pvt Ltd, says, “To sweeten iced tea naturally, use alternatives like stevia, which is much sweeter than sugar and calorie-free. Honey, maple syrup, and agave syrup also offer unique flavours and health benefits for different tastes and dietary needs.”
ICED TEAS FOR HYDRATION:
Hibiscus tea: Contains electrolytes, which can help maintain the body’s fluid balance, especially important during hot weather.
Matcha tea: The high chlorophyll content in matcha helps cleanse the body by supporting the liver.
Lavender iced tea: Lavender is known for its calming and soothing effects, which can provide relaxation.
