Le Meridian Seoul Myeong-dong will present Tiomakase combined with art. Lobby Lounge & Bar “Lemiere” will present “Art de Tea” consisting of single origin tea and dessert.
The six-course “Art de Tea” was inspired by the media art exhibition “Colors of love.” The color expressions of European artists such as Monet, Klimt, Seale, Muha, Renoir, and Van Gogh were expressed with teas and desserts. The tea master explains each course directly and introduces the tea culture in depth.
The first course will feature “Wolgwangbaek” with moonlight and dew, and “Blossom Bloom,” which consists of cherry tomatoes and buratamus. On the second course, you can taste green tea “Angil Baekcha” made of white-leaf species, and “Bloom & Bliss,” which combines cauliflower custard, sous vide guanja and saffron foam. The third course is Eastern Americans and Honey Red Flavored Tarts, praised by Queen Victoria of England.
The fourth course will be “Kwaksan Hwang-ah,” which is considered a precious tea, and “Green Tea Delight” of green tea mousse. The fifth course consisted of mineral-rich ‘boy fish tea’ and ‘gelato with raspberry tuile’. The last course ends with “Gugok Hongmae” tea with the scent of plum blossoms.
Le Meridian Seoul Myeong-dong presents Tiomakase customers with tickets and postcards to the “Color of Love Exhibition.” Tickets are only available during the week. Art De Tee is open every Wednesday to Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
“THART” is a space that combines theater and media art, and artists in each field collaborate to provide storytelling-oriented art experiences.
