Luxury French tea house Mariage Frères has unveiled its latest creations for the holiday season, including two new tea flavoured galette des rois (King Cakes) and special tea blends.

Balthazar Blue Tea:

• Flavored with almonds, chocolate, orange blossom, figs, and plums.
• Presented in the signature black “Icône” tin.
• Price: £29 for 100g

Year of the Charming Snake Tea:

• A green tea blend with mint, liquorice, rose petals, and Himalayan goji berries.
• Housed in a silkscreened ultraviolet pagoda-shaped box.
• Price: £28 for 100g.

Mariage Frères’ new products also include tea flavoured cakes:

Matcha & Pomegranate Galette

• Features matcha-infused frangipane and pomegranate confit, encased in caramelized puff pastry.
• Price: £49.

Marco Polo Rhapsody Galette

• Combines a frangipane base with Marco Polo Rhapsody white tea, blueberries, and candied blackcurrants in a glossy black puff pastry.
• Price: £49.

The teas are available now, while the galette des rois will be available starting December 26, 2024, at Mariage Frères’ Covent Garden store or online at mariagefreres.com.
